Hi there.
Welcome.
I'm Wendy Williams,
A mental well-being guide.
This track is about listening to inner wisdom.
How about that quiet nudge?
Have you ever felt that little inner nudge?
Like you see someone struggling with a heavy bag or you feel prompted to reach out to a friend you haven't heard from in a while and it's small,
Quiet,
But clear.
Then your brain kicks in.
It tells you,
Stay out of it.
Don't be awkward.
They're probably fine.
I've had that too.
But more and more,
I'm learning to trust that still,
Small voice.
It's not pushy.
It's not loud.
It's not driven by fear or ego.
It's something deeper,
Quieter,
Kinder.
It's what I call inner wisdom.
And often it's how God gently leads us.
The Bible says,
Let the peace of Christ keep you in tune with each other and step with each other.
None of this is going off and doing your own thing.
That's from the book of Colossians,
Chapter 3,
Verse 15.
Peace is a good indicator.
And when I feel a quiet kind of peace behind a thought or a decision,
I've learned to trust.
That's God's way of saying,
This is safe.
This is good.
This is me.
So today,
If you feel a quiet nudge,
Pause,
Breathe,
Let it rise,
And maybe follow it.
Until next time,
This is Wendy Williams.
