A pillow or a bolster for under your knees.
And make sure you have a blanket to keep you warm throughout this journey.
Make any final adjustments now and create your perfect yoga nidra nest.
And when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
During this guided journey,
You're invited to remain as still as possible.
If an itch or any discomfort arises,
Simply observe it with curiosity before reacting.
These sensations often dissolve on their own.

So let's start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

And then exhale slowly through your mouth with a gentle sigh,

Allowing your entire body to soften and to settle in into the support beneath you.
