Today we'll embrace the transformative properties of water within our coffee to set positive intentions for our day.

Water is a symbol of change and adaptability and just as it flows and transforms,

So can our thoughts and energies.

By focusing our intentions on the coffee,

We can create a mindful and uplifting experience.

Sit comfortably with your coffee in front of you.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Then slowly exhale.

Feel your body relaxing with each breath.

Imagine roots growing from your feet,

Connecting you deeply to the earth.

Feel the stability and strength this connection brings.

Open your eyes and look at your coffee.

Notice the steam rising,

The warmth it radiates,

And the rich aroma.

Take a deep breath,

Inhaling the scent and let it fill you with a sense of peace and comfort.

Place your hands around your coffee cup,

Feeling the warmth.

Close your eyes again and focus on the water within your coffee,

A symbol of transformation and flow.

Silently or aloud,

Set your intentions.

You might say,
