Friends.

This is Lele with Wellness with Lele,

And here is your moving mountain meditation.

Make sure that you find a comfortable seat.

Maybe step your feet to chair width apart.

Engage your core,

Bellybutton to your spine.

Both hands connect in front of heart center.

Now slowly start to rub your palms together.

Start to feel some heat between your palms.

This is your energy life force prana in yoga.

Once it feels nice,

Slowly place the palms of your hands over your eyes.

Take a deep inhale breath in through your nose.

Open mouth exhale.

Let it go.

Another inhale in.

Another exhale out.

One last round.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Let it go.

Now envision a mountain standing tall before you.

This mountain can withstand rain,

Wind,

Snow,

And spring flowers.

This mountain is always itself.

Take another inhale breath in.

Take another open mouth exhale out.

Ah,

Picture yourself.

Take several steps closer to that mountain until you can become one with that mountain energy.

Become as strong,

Resilient,

Independent as the mountain.

Take another breath out.

I truly hope you take this mountain energy with you throughout the rest of your day.

One last deep inhale breath in through your nose.

One last collective exhale.
