A brief meditation practice to honor the divine feminine that lives within us all. The moon's spirit is something we can tap into at any time, but I highly recommend you tune in right before bedtime for blissful rest. Try repeating a breathwork exercise with this track every night to see yourself drift off to sleep beautifully. Sweet dreams, yogi.

Welcome to today's full moon meditation.

The energies around the full moon assist us in releasing any unwanted energies and letting go of what no longer serves us.

Relax into a straightened back posture.

Hearts face open to allow in the energies of the full moon.

And when you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Let's begin.

Repeat with me.

As I connect with the loving energy of the full moon,

I am now ready to fully release all that does not serve me.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Take another deep breath in and allow the healing rays of the full moon to infuse every cell of your body with pure white light.

As you exhale,

Release all unwanted energies,

All unwanted emotions.

Release.

I am free of what no longer serves me.

I am free of what no longer serves me.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Bring to mind that which no longer wants to be in your life.

That which you want to let go of.

Be that a person,

Be that an emotion,

A habit,

A thought pattern,

Or a situation.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Allow whatever this thought is to linger for a moment in your mind's eye.

Continue to breathe in,

Slowly exiting your mind and your body.

See them floating in front of you and disappearing into the night sky.

Now release you under the light of the sacred full moon.

I no longer need what does not empower me.

What does not empower me.

I am free.

I forgive you and I forgive myself.

I am free.

I am free.

I am fearless.

I am fearless.

I welcome all that is coming to me for my high school.

I am excited and I am ready for the love,

Abundance,

And blessings coming my way.

I am open.

I am free.

Namaste.
