I'd like you to begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Somewhere that you won't be disturbed.
Allow your body to release any movement that it needs.
Maybe rock your hips back and forth.
Roll your shoulders back,
Opening the chest.
Stretch the neck from side to side.
And just begin to allow the body to settle.
We'll begin with three deep breaths,
Breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
We breathe in.
And out.
Two more.
Breathing in.
And exhaling.
Last one.
Breathing in.
And zoom out.
I'd like you to allow your body.
To settle.
Allow it to relax.
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Feel the muscles melt off the bones as your body sinks deeper.
And deeper down.
Feel this warm relaxation flowing over the scalp.
Over the floor.
Over the eyes,
The cheeks,
The lips.
Feel your tongue soften.
As your jawbone releases.
Your neck with any tension.
Your shoulders release as if a weight has been lifted.
Feel this relaxation move over the arms,
Through the elbows,
The forearms,
The wrists,
And the hands,
Allowing any excess energy to be expelled through the palms.
Feel this warm relaxation trickle down the spine,
Weaving its way through each vertebrae.
Feel this relaxation hug around your ribcage and melts into your chest.
Feel the muscles of your heart relax.
Feel your lungs expand with each new breath.
Feel the diaphragm and the belly soften.
Your entire torso is so soft.
So relax.
Feel this warm relaxation move into the hips,
Down the thighs,
The knees,
The shins,
The calves,
All release.
Relax and let go.
Feel this relaxation move through the ankles,
Over the feet,
Through the toes,
Allowing any excess energy to be expelled through the soles of the feet.
And it feels so good to just relax.
With each breath.
Your body relaxes even deeper.
To connect with the third eye.
And like you to direct your eyes to the space between the eyebrows.
Eyelids remain closed.
Just move the eyes to the back of the forehead.
If that's comfortable for you.
Bringing power,
Bringing focus,
Bringing attention to the third eye.
We'll begin with the mantra of the third eye.
I see.
I see.
I see.
I see images in my mind's eye.
I see solutions to my problems.
I see what needs to be seen.
Allow this mantra to focus into the third eye.
Allow it to repeat through your mind,
Bringing your focus and attention to the mantra in the space in the middle of the forehead.
If your thoughts begin to drift,
That's okay.
Just simply direct them back to the mantra.
I see.
I see.
I see.
I see.
I see.
Allow this mantra to drift away.
Keep your focus on the third eye.
A space in the middle of the forehead.
I'd like you to visualize a deep blue light in the space,
A dark indigo,
The color of the night sky.
Allow this color to flood the forehead.
Allow it to expand.
Allow it to fill the entire space around the head.
Expanding even bigger now.
To reach the shoulders.
Even bigger to reach the chest,
The stomach.
What the heck?
Allow this deep indigo energy to reach your toes and the entire space around you.
Feel the power of the third eye Now we are going to create a space,
A sacred space for healing,
A sacred space for meditation,
A sacred space for self-love.
This space will only exist in your mind's eye,
And it's yours and yours alone.
I'd like you to imagine in your mind's eye that you're walking through a beautiful meadow.
Allow yourself to picture the smallest details of this meadow.
See the green blades of grass.
See the red and yellow wildflowers.
See the bright blue sky.
See the deep green forest around the edge of the meadow.
I'd like you.
To walk to the center of the meadow,
And here imagine seven stone steps leading up to the Take these steps one by one.
The first step,
You're feeling so calm.
The second you're feeling so grounded.
The third,
You're feeling connected.
The fourth,
You feel the endless love of the universe.
The fifth,
It feels so spiritual.
The sex of your connection.
The seventh.
You feel your intuition.
You find yourself now on a raised part of this beautiful open meadow.
And all around you'll see different materials,
Different things to build this sacred space out of.
I'd like you to just take time.
Begin building this soul escape for yourself.
Build a sanctuary inside of your mind.
Maybe you find stones that you stack to create a beautiful space to sit in.
Maybe you'll find logs that you can create a cabin out of.
Or canvas to build a tipi.
Whatever your intuition guides you to,
You will find you'll be easily able to assemble this beautiful sanctuary in your mind.
If you can't picture it,
Just pretend.
Pretend what it was like to build a fort when you were a child.
I remember how good it felt to sit inside of the fort as if the rest of the world did not exist.
Allow your mind to be open to this activity.
Allow your creativity to flow with you.
Allow yourself to create a sacred sanctuary in your mind's eye.
I'll give you some time now.
And if you need more time,
Just hit pause.
Take all the time that you need to build this sanctuary because it's somewhere you will want to come back to.
Put that over your right ear.
We're going to put the final touches on this sole sanctuary.
Place your favorite crystals inside.
Maybe imagine a massage table for you to rest on or a comfortable couch.
Or even just a floor of pillows,
Somewhere safe that you can sit and rest inside.
I'd like you to imagine that your space has two doors.
One is a door that you could allow others to come through.
People you want to connect to.
Maybe people you do treatments for.
Just other souls you want to invite to your sanctuary.
I'd like you to create,
To imagine a second door towards the back of this structure.
This is a secret entrance for your soul to come through.
This is a space that only you know about.
It feels so safe.
You know that nothing else can come into this sanctuary unless you invite it.
You know that this sanctuary is for your soul's highest and greatest good.
Whenever you're ready and you feel like your sanctuary is complete,
I'd like you to slip out the back door.
Walk to the front of the sanctuary.
And just let the image fill your mind.
Remember the shapes of the walls.
Remember how the door looks.
Remember what the meadow looks like.
And what like you to walk back to the seven stone steps.
Taking them one by one.
Walking down.
I feel so calm.
The second one you feel so grounded.
The third you feel so connected.
The fourth you feel the love of the universe the 5th you feel connected to your intuition.
Sixth,
You feel your mind's eye.
And the seventh one,
You feel so rooted.
These stone steps and the sanctuary that you built will always exist in your mind.
You have the power to reach them whenever you would like.
Just simply allow yourself to relax and imagine the seven stone steps leading you to your soul's sanctuary.
I'd like you to imagine lying down in the meadow again.
Feel a warm breeze rush over your skin.
Releasing any negative energy,
Any built-up energy.
Releasing anything that no longer serves you.
Whenever you're ready.
Begin to feel the weight of the feet.
The weight of the hands,
The weight of the whole body.
Find movement in your fingers,
Movement in your toes.
Rub your palms together now,
Building heat,
Collecting energy.
Place your hands over the eyes.
Feeling the warmth and the energy transfer.
Whenever you're ready,
Blink your eyes back open.
Jai Bhai Feeling grounded.
Feeling refreshed and knowing that you have a sanctuary for your soul.
