Take in a nice deep breath and exhale easily and effortlessly.

We are going to enter into the unknown,

The unseen.

Find a spot on the wall that is above your natural eye gaze.

Really focus on that spot.

Notice the shape,

The color,

The nuance.

Taking in another nice deep breath.

This time as you exhale,

Look through that spot.

With a relaxed gaze,

You might notice the corners of the room.

Take in another nice deep breath and as you exhale,

Close your eyes and allow yourself to go deeper relaxed.

Now relax your jaw and as you do this it may come open slightly,

Which is totally natural.

This sends a signal from your vagus nerve,

The wandering nerve,

To your entire body that now,

Now is the time to relax.

You are in exactly the right place at exactly the right time.

Now gradually slow your breathing.

Get into a comfortable,

Slow rhythm of breathing with a long exhalation.

Good.

Now relax the back of your tongue.

Liberate your tongue from the part of the mind that prepares you to speak.

Imagine speech dissolving as the mind is freed to experience new and expansive thoughts,

Or perhaps no thoughts at all.

Nothing.

No thing.

Silence.

Stillness.

Peace.

Tranquility.

Tranquility.

Allow yourself to float deeper and deeper down.

All the walls coming down and you begin merging with everything around you,

Bringing your attention to a sense of spaciousness.

You begin floating and drifting.

Very good.

Now I'd like you to drop your consciousness from your head all the way down into your heart.

Take in a nice deep breath,

And as you exhale drop your consciousness into your heart.

Time is suspended here.

Here you exist in the present moment for eternity.

And in this moment you are healed.

You are redeemed.

You are heard.

And you are reminded who you truly are.

You are an eternal being,

Bringing and sourcing light from divinity itself to share with all.

Peel into a sense of gratitude for this experience and the ability to bring in this love and light into the world.

Each time you allow yourself to drop into your heart space,

You experience even greater radiance that cannot help but be shown in everyday life.

This light in your heart cannot be dimmed because it comes directly from Source.

When you awaken,

You will more easily be able to connect to the light in your heart.

In fact,

It's so easy to drop your consciousness into your heart,

And it feels so good.

It's something you find yourself doing throughout the day.

Naturally.

The more you allow yourself to feel the brightness and expanse of love that your heart carries,

The easier it is to share that light and love with all you encounter.

In a moment,

I'm going to count to three.

When I get to three,

You will open your eyes,

But remain here in your heart space.

One,

Preparing to open your eyes.

Two,

Knowing that you can see with your heart with your eyes open.

And three,

Opening your eyes,

Feeling so good.

Go and share that light and love world.
