Hello,
My name is Viola,
And I have written this story for all of you.
It's a children's story,
And it's about Lucy's day out.
Once upon a time,
There was a little girl named Lucy,
Who was very bored.
And she said to her mommy,
I'm so bored.
And mommy said,
Honey,
Why not go outside?
And so Lucy did,
And she looked up to the wide blue sky and twirled around and around until Lucy got very dizzy and fell right down in the middle of a patch of sunflowers.
And they were doing a happy,
Cute little dance.
Out of the corner of her big brown eyes,
Lucy soon spotted one cute ladybug with a silly purple hat lopsided on top of its head.
It was nestled on a green leaf in the sunflower bed.
Hello,
Ladybug,
Lucy said,
And the ladybug looked up.
And greeted Lucy by fluttering its red spotted wings and then went back to chewing on the shiny green leaves.
Lucy giggled,
For she had never met a ladybug with a hat on top of its head.
Could you imagine that?
And soon,
Mommy called Lucy to come in and have her snack with cookies and cream.
Lucy said,
Thank you,
Mommy,
For I was getting very,
Very hungry.
But I had so much fun being outside,
I laid down in sunflowers.
And mommy,
I made a new friend.
A funny ladybug who had a huge hat that was stacked on its head.
And after her snack of cookies and cream,
Lucy was tired.
And she closed her eyes,
And then she took a long,
Well-deserved nap.
