Vassia Sarantopoulou

Psychotherapist, MSc

Vassia Sarantopoulou is a licensed psychologist, recovering perfectionist, and the founder of AntiLoneliness—a mental health collective of expat psychologists supporting internationals and expats—and The Therapy Business Circle, a supportive community for therapists who want to grow their practice without burning out. In her work, Vassia supports people who carry the heavy weight of “never good enough”: the guilt, the striving, the people-pleasing, and the constant pressure to prove their worth. She knows this voice intimately, both through her own journey and through the many perfectionists and burnout survivors she has walked beside. Her focus is not only on easing anxiety, stress, or exhaustion, but on helping individuals reconnect with what was always there beneath it all: their true self, their capacity for joy, and their sense of meaning and belonging. Through her writing and teachings, Vassia shares practices and reflections to help people: Release guilt and soften the inner critic Find safety and worth beyond achievement Reconnect with their true self Invite joy, rest, and compassion back into their lives This is a space of gentleness, where Vassia reminds us that healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who we are when we no longer carry the weight of “not enough.” She invites others to replace guilt and pressure with self-trust and inner peace, together.
