Brown Noise (10 Hours)
Brown noise (or red noise) feels deeper and heavier than white noise, and that depth makes it very calming for sleep. It has more low tones, so it sounds closer to a distant waterfall or a strong, steady wind. Those lower frequencies feel grounding to me and they sit in the background without drawing attention. While white noise spreads sound evenly across all frequencies, which works well to block sharp noises, Brown noise does that too, but in a softer way. It smooths everything out instead of covering it with hiss. For relaxation or sleep, it can slow your thoughts, relax your body, and make the room feel safe and steady. Enjoy!
