We will start by gently focusing on the breath,
When I say focus I simply mean we'll notice,
We are simply putting our attention on the breath,
We don't need to breathe any differently,
We can breathe as you would usually breathe,
Just see the breath going in and coming out,
Don't try to change the breath and don't create any judgements either,
Your breath is unfolding in this moment and you are looking at it exactly how it is unfolding,
If your mind wanders away,
Gently bring it back to the breath and let this attention be very gentle,
Very relaxed,
Soften into the breath,
Allow the breath to be as it is,
No need to change,
When we rest in what is,
When there is absolute peace,
When the mind is at rest,
We are at ease,
Anything and everything that emerges in this moment is accepted,
Is welcomed because it is true in this moment,
It's already here,
Everything that is arising in this moment is held with loving presence,
Nothing is pushed away,
Nor we are pulled by anything,
No craving,
No aversion,
No desire to change,
We are simply accepting as it is,
Allowing,
Sometimes the breath will be shallow,
Sometimes the breath will be deep,
Sometimes the right nostrils will be more opened,
Sometimes the left nostrils will be more opened,
It keeps on changing,
Likewise everything in life also keeps on changing,
Emotions come and go,
Situations come and go,
Can I stop craving and averting,
Can I drop all resistance which I hold and simply rest and soften in this moment,
Letting go of all inner conflict which we create by fighting whatever is,
All of it creates disease,
So can I drop all these conflicts,
All the micro resistances and be at ease,
Let every part of you soften and be held by this loving awareness,
The more we allow,
The more energy flows,
The more we resist,
More the stagnation felt within,
So allow and let the energy flow,
Don't get stuck,
We get stuck when we hold on to things in the mind,
Allow,
Allow everything to be and rest in this pure loving awareness,
Carry this awareness throughout your day and no matter what happens,
Allow,
Allow,
Soften and allow,
