Welcome to day one of the human experience.

This is Vane and I will be guiding you today.

Find the coziest place for you to land for this practice.

Ideally in a space where it is quiet and you can sit or recline comfortably.

Before any initiation or new beginning,

There is almost always a release,

Some form of letting go of what no longer is aligned.

How can you be in receivership if you are already at capacity?

We often don't know we have reached the brim because the signs are subtle.

We can even see them as normal,

Like feeling lethargic,

Frustrated,

Irritable or this could manifest as a fixation to take on more.

Whatever the case is for you,

This is the invitation to liberate yourself from expectations,

Ideals,

Shoulds and have tos.

It is here where the reconstruction of your vessel begins.

As you arrive in this moment,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

Again,

In through your nose,

Sensing the rise of your belly and exhale through your mouth,

Letting it all go.

One last time,

In through your nose,

Filling your lungs and on your exhale,

Out through your mouth.

Allow your body's natural intelligence to take over your breathing.

Now draw all of your awareness to the top of your head.

Using your mind's eye,

Welcome a gentle and loving flow of water into your crown and let it stream down into your forehead,

Down the temples,

Eyes and cheekbones and sip down into your jaw line.

As it spreads further down your body you begin to feel a sense of renewal,

A sense of purification.

Allow your awareness to follow the flow of water down your neck,

Your throat,

Your collarbones,

Shoulders,

Down your chest and down both arms and out into your fingers.

Grant full permission for this sacred water to wash down your ribcage and into the deepest crevices of your body.

All the way down to your belly,

Lower belly,

Hips,

Your sacrum,

Down to your pelvic floor and into both of your thighs and hamstrings,

Down to your knees and shins and calves until it reaches both feet.

Sit here for a moment as you allow your senses to acclimate.

If you find yourself being distracted or thoughts begin to bubble up,

That is perfectly fine.

Slowly flood your awareness back to sensing how the sacred flow of water gracefully embraces your entire body,

A natural purification cycle.

Naturally allow anything to flow down to Mama Earth,

Releasing all that you no longer need to her,

A ritual of recycle.

It is in this very present moment where you recognize that the physical body is the most sacred vessel of all,

Where you have understood that healing cannot take place and cannot be sustained without a stable and strong container.

To seal this process,

Take a deep inhalation and exhalation.

Gently begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers,

Making micro-movements to arrive back into the space you are in.

Whenever you are ready,

You can open your eyes.

Thank you for joining me today.

Know that you can always come back to this practice.

It is here to honor the emptying,

Clearing and cleansing of your vessel.

To deepen and integrate this experience,

I invite you to think about one thing you can release today.

Whether that is a thought,

An expectation,

Anything in your material world or even as far as beginning to chip away at a deep-rooted belief.

Let this offering give you space for expansion and wholeness in your vessel.
