Hi,
Welcome to this space,
Welcome to this moment.
My name is Vanessa and I feel deeply honored to be able to share this moment with you.
I feel deeply honored to serve you as a guide in a way of releasing what does not serve us anymore and dropping into the body as we create some space for the new,
For the welcoming,
Beautiful.
So now before we start this meditation practice,
Diana,
I invite you to find a comfortable seat allowing the seat bones to be truly and evenly connected down to the earth.
Allow the tailbone to roll all the way down to the earth.
Take a deep inhalation with me as you allow the spine to get longer,
The heart and the crown to rise all the way up to the skies.
And as we soften down,
As we surrender,
We exhale the shoulders all the way down to the earth.
And in this meditation I invite you to allow the space from the hip bones downwards to connect you all the way to the center of the matter.
And from the hip bones above,
I invite you to create space and connect all the ways to the heavens,
To the skies.
Wonderful.
Now the invitation is simply for you to drop into the natural rhythm of your breath.
And we remind each other that our breath holds its own blueprint so as the pulsing of the lungs,
So as the beat of the heart,
The king of the kingdom.
And as you drop into the gift of the breath,
Allow it to be smooth,
Allow it to truly nourish every crevice,
Every cell,
Every atom of your body,
Illuminating every little corner as we allow our frequency to vibrate even higher.
And now I will take you through a journey with me as you keep the breath smooth,
Welcoming.
I take you to a journey within this sacred physical body we hold,
This sacred physical body that serves to us as a tool to reach the subtle body unseen but felt and experienced.
So as a way to reach higher realms of consciousness and dimensions not seen but once again felt and experienced.
So right now I invite you to bring the awareness to the feet and as you do it so connect with the sensations in your feet.
Have you ever noticed how the veins on our feet,
They simply look like the roots of a tree?
There is no coincidence.
Allow the roots of your feet to ground you down all the way to the center of the earth.
Now we slowly bring the awareness to the legs.
And I invite you to visualize roots coming,
Growing out of your legs and all the way to the center of the mother,
Allowing you to ground,
To anchor even more.
And as we bring the awareness to the hips,
Visualize your own roots flowing also from the hips so as your tailbone all the way to the center,
All the way to the heart of the mother.
Now bringing the awareness to the whole length of the spine.
Have you ever noticed how our spine,
Each vertebra is similar of the thorn in a rose or even the purse that we find in the deepest oceans protected by a shell?
And as you still holding the awareness in the whole length of the spine,
I invite you to take an inhalation by your nostrils all the way to the base of it.
And exhale all the carbon out of your body.
Now as you inhale once again all the way to the base of the spine,
Can you sense prana,
Energy flowing all the way to the back of your head?
And as you slowly exhale,
Can you sense prana,
Running,
Flowing from the top of the head all the way to the base of the spine?
And take a few moments here repeating this technique with me.
A hell of spine,
Yes,
Is a spine full of prana,
Energy lengthening life force.
So take a moment to nourish your inner universe,
Your inner forests,
Your inner canopies,
Rivers,
Waterfalls,
Islands.
Breathing in by the nostrils all the way to the base of the spine,
Prana rises up to the crown and above,
Exhaling out of the nose and prana lands all the way down at the end of the spine.
A few more here in your own silence.
Wonderful.
Now we slowly bring the awareness to our heads,
To the space between the skull and as we connect with our brain space,
Have you ever noticed how our brain is similar to the corals in the ocean?
So just bring the awareness to this area as you keep consciously breathing in and out by the nostrils.
Wonderful.
Now I invite you to bring the awareness to the space between the eyebrows.
And the invitation here is to inhale by the nostrils all the way to the space between the eyebrow and down to the spine.
And exhale all the way to the third eye and out of the nostrils.
Exhaling through the nose,
Travelling to the third eye all the way to the end of the spine.
Exhaling from the base of the spine to the third eye and out of the nostrils.
A few rounds here on your own,
Connecting with your senses,
Connecting with your inner universe,
This microcosm of the mackerel.
Wonderful.
Now I invite you to bring the awareness to the heart,
The heart of the hearts,
The king of the kingdom.
And as you take a deep inhalation by your nostrils,
Allow it to land at the heart as it expands and lifts up.
And exhale from the heart out of the nostrils as your heart lands down in the space between.
I feel more like this,
Inhaling all the space,
All the way in the space within the heart.
Exhaling out of it,
Allowing it to surrender and to land back to the center.
A few more breaths following this path within you.
Now I invite you to bring the awareness three fingers below the navel or the space between the hip bones.
This space where creation takes place,
This space where life is created.
So the invitation is to take a deep inhalation all the way to this space and let it go.
Exhale out of the nostrils,
Inhaling all the way to the space between the hip bones.
Allow the energy to flow,
To nourish,
To expand.
Exhale out of the nostrils.
A few more here on your own.
Wonderful,
Now I invite you to bring the awareness back to the base of the spine,
The tailbone,
And as you bring the awareness back to this space,
I invite you to take an inhalation all the way to the base of the spine as you allow your whole being to expand.
And as you exhale,
Release,
Let it go.
A few more here.
Wonderful.
Now,
Just like we begun,
Visualize roots growing out of your tailbone,
Your hips,
Legs,
Knees,
Ankle and feet all the way to the center of the Mother Earth.
Allow the Mother to provide you the protection that she does as you feel safe and as you trust.
And now repeat with me three times.
I trust.
I trust.
I trust.
Wonderful.
Now,
Slowly start to bring some movement back to the body.
Maybe could be by wiggling your fingers,
By moving the neck sideways.
And whenever you feel ready,
Open your external eyes to the external universe.
