This is a Reiki meditation for letting go of stress.
As we get started,
Please take a moment to get comfortable,
Either laying down or sitting,
Whatever feels best for you right now.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze and just allow yourself to arrive in this place,
At this time,
Right here.
I'm offering Reiki energy to you now,
With the intention of letting go of stress.
You may notice hot or cold sensations,
Tingling,
Buzzing,
Or nothing at all.
All experiences are welcome.
There is no right way to feel.
As you relax,
Take a moment to notice your breath.
Notice the inhale.
Notice the exhale.
Imagine a bright white light shining on the top of your head.
This light feels warm and wonderful against your skin.
This light that's reaching the top of your head is now coming down.
You can feel it as it touches your shoulders and your torso.
So,
This energy feels calming,
As if the heaviness,
The stress of what you were feeling before has now been lifted away.
In this moment,
It is okay to pause.
You don't have to carry everything at once.
Release what isn't yours to hold.
Let the Reiki energy.
Feeling a sense of calm and serenity as that bright white light shines all around you.
It's okay to slow down as our session comes to a close.
In this moment,
It is okay to slow down and just be.
You don't need to carry the weight of the world.
You can release what isn't yours to hold.
