This meditation is a synthesis of tools and techniques to set up your energy space, clear out old energy, cut cords, and return to yourself! This is best used in the morning or evening when you want to re-set or set up your vibration. Enjoy!

This is Valerie with a meditation.

This meditation is for setting up your energy system,

For removing cords,

For doing separations from people or scenes,

And to set your intention for after meditation.

Okay,

So first of all,

Welcome home to your meditation space.

So take time to get comfortable,

Find somewhere to sit,

Find a chair or pillow to sit on,

And just really take a chance to get yourself comfortable.

So if you need a blanket or anything that supports you and taking this time to make you feel good,

You can do that now.

It's important that your meditation space really feels comfortable to you and it feels like you,

Like you,

Like yours.

Okay,

So once you're settled in,

Sit up straight,

Keep your hands and your feet apart when you meditate,

And take a deep breath.

Continue breathing,

Slow inhale and a relaxed exhale.

While you breathe,

Take a moment just to let your thoughts run without changing anything.

Let the scenes from your day tell a story.

Without editing or judging,

Just sort of scan or watch where you've been today,

What you've experienced.

If you're meditating in the morning,

This could be your previous evening or your dreams.

Continue breathing and watching.

It's just a way to validate and acknowledge what you have experienced.

Okay,

So now we'll set up your energy space.

As you sit down to meditate,

You're consciously choosing to shift your vibration to a different state.

That's essentially what you're doing when you sit to meditate.

Also,

The intention to clear your energy field and come back to you.

It's okay to let people and situations impact your field and create chords,

That's natural,

But when you're complete,

It's really important to clear the energy and chords so that you can feel your own space again.

Okay,

So take another deep breath.

Call your being back into your body completely from head to toe.

Just call yourself all the way back.

For many reasons,

We sort of leave our body.

Just call yourself back.

Let your mind expand to the center,

So imagine a gold dot in the center of your head,

The very center,

And let that gold dot expand at your own pace.

Let it get bigger and bigger.

Put all your attention on this gold ball.

Let it push out any thoughts or images that are coming.

Just push them out of the center of your head.

And let the gold ball illuminate your whole head with gold light.

And see that.

You'll feel the sensations in your body when you're centered,

When you have this gold ball at the center of your head.

And then shrink that gold ball down to the size of a golf ball,

Keeping that center,

And then put your attention on your root chakra,

Your first chakra at the base of your spine,

And drop your grounding cord down from the base of your spine through the ground,

Through the earth,

And all the way to the center of the earth.

Let gravity just pull it down there.

Let it drop without effort.

Let it hook into the center of the earth.

And then just notice your grounding cord.

Notice its texture,

Its color,

How thick it is.

With no judgment,

Just curiosity.

And scan your body for any tension or anything you're holding onto,

Consciously or unconsciously,

And just flush it down your grounding cord.

Let it all flush down without effort.

Let it go.

If you want to feel more grounded,

You can expand your grounding cord so you can consciously widen it to the width of your body.

And just experiment with that.

See if that helps you feel even more connected to the earth,

To the physical plane,

To your body.

Feel the sensations in your body when you expand your grounding cord.

Okay,

Now you're grounded and you're centered,

So imagine your aura.

Just as you sit centered and grounded,

Look at your aura.

Notice what the state of your aura is right now.

Your electromagnetic field around your body.

Is it perfectly round?

Does it have bumps or edges or holes?

Just notice,

Again without judgment.

And if your aura was impacted during the day or from your dream state,

Just gently ask yourself if there was anything you need to know about how it was impacted.

And then clear out your aura.

So you can do this with any kind of tool.

You can imagine a scrub brush or a spray gun.

Anything that clears your aura of other people's energy,

Of your own feelings about things that happen.

Just clear it out.

And smooth out your aura.

Your aura should be two feet around you in all directions.

So imagine that happening above your head,

Below your feet,

On all sides.

Back of you,

In front of you.

Great.

And as your aura is cleared,

Scan your body for any cords.

So when we connect with people,

We create energy cords.

Which again,

Are perfectly normal to connect.

But we're working on seeing them and letting them go for your meditation.

So just scan your body and just notice,

Do you have any cords connected from others?

And where?

Heart,

Throat chakra,

Just scan.

And as you see them,

Very gently just remove them.

So it's like pulling a plug.

Just pull the cord and move them outside your aura.

And let them go.

Let them transform to gold dust.

You can always reconnect with people when you want to.

Right now,

This is about getting back to your own space.

Okay.

Great.

So you're centered,

You're grounded,

Your aura is around you.

Now let's run earth energy.

So imagine from the base of your feet,

There's a chakra on each foot.

And bring up earth energy through your feet.

You can imagine a color if that helps.

Bring the earth energy through your feet,

Up your legs,

Your calves,

Your knees,

Your thighs.

Down to your pelvis and down your grounding cord.

And let that circle of earth energy run from your feet through your legs and down your grounding cord.

At your own pace.

Really let this earth energy nourish you.

You are here on the planet and reconnecting with the earth and your physical body is really vital.

Okay,

Now while that earth energy is running,

You're going to run your cosmic energy.

So imagine from the top of your head,

Your seventh chakra,

Your crown chakra,

Bring in cosmic energy.

From the top of your head,

Down your back channel,

So down the back of your neck,

Down your back,

Down to your pelvis,

Up to the front of your body,

Up your stomach and your chest,

Your neck,

Your face and out your forehead.

And the rest of the energy,

If there's any remainder,

Let it go down your arms and out your hands.

And let that cosmic energy run through.

It's usually a different sensation than the earth energy and notice that difference.

And the cosmic energy and the earth energy will mix in your pelvis.

Just let that happen.

So both are running,

Almost like a figure eight.

Okay,

Now your earth energy,

Cosmic energy is running,

You've set up your space.

Now we're going to do separations,

Specifically with work.

So imagine outside your aura,

There is a screen,

A white screen like a movie screen.

And we're going to use this as a projection screen.

You want to keep it outside your aura so that as you do transition or change energy states that it's happening outside of your aura instead of inside of it.

It separates from you.

Okay,

So see on your screen yourself at work today.

Just notice the energy state you're in and validate that.

And then let that image go.

Now I want you to see a person or a situation,

Sometimes people are easy to do the separations with.

Imagine a person at work that you feel like you still have some energy running with.

There's like a lack of completion.

For whatever reason,

It could be a project you're working on,

A difficulty you were in,

A connection you had,

A conversation.

So see the face of that person and put it over a rose on your screen.

Now drop their face into the rose and explode it in gold dust.

Now look for five physical differences between you and that person.

And put up a rose for each physical difference.

So for an example,

If you have blonde hair and they have brown hair,

That's a physical difference.

You acknowledge that,

Put it in a rose and explode it.

Do that for five physical differences.

Okay,

Now put up a rose for representing any of your energy that's still in their space that you left there.

And then explode that rose into gold dust and let that transformed energy of yours come back into the top of your head.

Separate from them,

Just bring your energy back through the top of your head,

Transform.

Okay,

Now put up a rose that's any of their energy that's left in your space.

And explode that rose into gold dust and let their energy transform go back to them.

It belongs to them.

Again,

You can always reconnect later.

Okay,

And then the completion ring.

See a gold ring above a rose.

This is the completion of your time with that person or the situation.

Fill that ring with gold light,

Drop it into the rose and explode it to gold dust.

That completes your time with them.

Also scan your body for any cords that you might have with that person or that situation.

And again,

Just gently remove those cords,

Move them outside your aura,

Turn them into gold and let them go.

Great.

So that you are separated.

And now we'll set an intention for your next few hours after this meditation.

So if this is your evening or for your day,

If you're doing this in the morning.

Okay.

So see on your screen outside your aura the energy vibration you want to be in for your day or your time.

We can consciously choose the vibration we're coming from.

It's like choosing a perspective.

So it doesn't change circumstance,

It changes perspective.

The vibration from which you're looking at something.

So one way that's helpful is you might want to choose a word like I would like to be at the vibration of peace.

You can imagine it as a color or joy or love or excitement.

So choose something,

A word that might represent the vibration you want to be at.

And if you imagine a color,

Put that color in your crown chakra to set that vibration in your space.

Really feel it,

Let yourself feel that.

What does it feel like to be at a state of love?

What does that feel like in my body as I sit here?

So thank yourself for meditating,

For sitting,

Giving yourself this time to get clear,

Conscious.

It's really an act of self love.

Come back to the center of your head and then bend over and touch the earth to balance your energy.

Let your head hang,

Let everything go.

And then sit up and open your eyes.

And that completes your meditation.
