
5 Senses Awakening Meditation

Open your 5 inner and outer senses to access more of your intuition in daily life. Receiving intuitive messages is linked to our senses. Being able to open the senses internally and externally will enhance your experience within your day and feeling guided intuitively in your life.

This is your five senses awakening meditation.
Get yourself comfortable and when you are ready,
Allow your eyes to close and just start to notice your breathing.
There is no perfect state you have to be in right now.
You can just focus on getting comfortable.
You want your soul focus to be on feeling comfortable and feeling receptive because you know how good it is for you.
And it's incredible how when you close your eyes and you just take a moment for you,
You begin to tune in to a greater calm,
Greater stillness,
And greater clarity.
Yes,
You have untapped resources within you.
There's a richness inside of you,
A richness of innate knowing,
Feeling,
And awareness that you will begin to tap into with ease.
And this is going to become clearer and clearer to you.
And I am inviting you now to go on a journey to explore yourself,
To go on a journey to activate and renew your connection with your inner senses of clear seeing,
Feeling,
Knowing,
Hearing,
And smelling.
Our inner senses are a direct link to intuition.
By consciously opening and activating your senses,
You will have more access to your life guidance.
Just allow yourself to explore.
You really want to explore your inner resources.
And with each breath that you are taking,
You are finding yourself getting more comfortable,
More calm,
More open to unlocking the powers within you.
Now,
See or imagine a place where you feel deeply comfortable,
Safe,
And relaxed.
It could be where you are right now,
Or it could be by the beach,
In the mountains,
Or a garden.
It could be a place you have visited in your childhood,
Or even an imaginary place.
Be there now.
And now in your comfortable place,
You will find yourself unwinding,
And releasing,
And going with the flow.
Going deeper now.
Giving yourself permission to relax and release,
To go deeper within.
You feel an incredible feeling of peace throughout you,
Feeling your pure state of being.
And you are realizing how natural,
How normal it is to be receptive and connected to your inner senses.
Exploring a new kind of awareness.
And just take a moment to enjoy this pleasurable and receptive state that you've allowed yourself to shift into.
And now you can begin to activate and renew your connection with your inner senses.
We begin by activating your clear seeing.
And there are different ways of clear seeing.
In your mind's eye,
You may see a flash of an idea,
A daydream,
A partially formed image,
Or you may see at night when you dream.
It doesn't have to be video screen quality.
Every form of clear seeing is valid,
Invaluable,
And you will know because you will feel an emotional charge or a subtle shift.
So let's activate this skill now.
Imagine a beautiful crystal materializing in your hand.
See that now.
Taking the crystal with you,
Find a place to sit or lie down.
Good.
Now holding the crystal,
Feel your vibration rise.
How good that feels.
And you notice that as your vibration rises,
It becomes more comfortable to allow images to unfold in front of you.
Images of people you know and love.
Animals,
Places.
It's a natural unfolding,
A free flow.
Good.
For the next minute,
Let these images unfold and trust everything that comes with an open heart.
Lockdown.
Wonderful.
Maybe the imagery you received was really vibrant.
Maybe what you received felt vague or fragmented.
Remember everything you are receiving is relevant,
Invaluable,
And its meaning will become clear in time.
And you know in this calm state that when you practice,
The better and better you are going to get at seeing clearly.
And now repeat to yourself.
I trust what I see in my mind's eye and in and around me or in front of me.
I trust the source of the messages.
I trust there is a purpose and meaning to what I see.
Good.
Now,
You will open your inner hearing and we will begin to teach your mind and body to hear the messages that you need to hear.
At first,
Tune into the music and any sounds in your environment.
Good.
And then you are going to become aware of sound and vibrations that are not coming from somewhere you can immediately identify.
And you may be hearing them from your mind.
They may be words or just patterns of sound,
Loud or faint and indistinct.
These sounds or vibrations are being sent to you for your benefit.
Even the slightest sound or the slightest imagined noise will have some relevance to you if you allow it in and hold it in your mind.
So go on a sound journey starting now.
Coming in and asking yourself,
What message or messages do I need to hear right now?

You are starting to hear clearly now.
You repeat in your mind,
I trust what I hear inside of me,
And in my life experiences.
I trust there is a purpose and meaning to what I hear.
Now you will open your inner feeling.
Turn your attention to your body.
You are going to explore giving your body the freedom it wants so it can express how it feels.
And if you need to,
Breathe into the emotions as they arise.
Signal to your body and your emotional body that you welcome whatever it can feel and know.
Start to notice sensations and feelings in your body now.
Let go and feel into them.
Allow them to emerge.
Give them space and air.
If there are tears,
Let them come.
Joy or anger,
Feel that too.
While some feelings may feel more welcome than others,
All of them are signposts from the beyond and from within,
Telling you what you need to know.
So what do you need to know?
What do you need to feel?
Good.
Now let go and allow the feelings and sensations to settle.
Feelings are like waves.
They come and they go.
Some waves are big and some are small.
Let them be without judgment.
Let them receive your unconditional love and support.
You repeat in your mind,
I trust what I feel inside of me and in my life experiences.
I trust there is a purpose and meaning to what I feel.
Now you will open your inner knowing and you have this amazing potential to receive information without even knowing how you know or where the idea is within you.
You just know what you know.
Your energetic field and your consciousness are now expanding and expanding.
Good.
And gently give yourself permission to receive any messages or new information which you know will be true for you.
Trust your first impressions.
If a person,
A place,
An experience comes to mind,
Accept it.
If you are revisiting a memory,
Allow yourself to revisit it now with inner knowing.
Allow information to come to you about next steps,
Decisions to be made.
Receive it now.
Go wherever you are inspired to go and receive any information you need to know right now.
Feel Walking Now You Good And you repeat in your mind I trust what I know inside of me and in my life experiences I Trust there is a purpose and meaning to what I instinctively know Now you will open your inner sense of smell Take a deep breath in and open up your sense of smell Take in the smells around you as they are Good Now allow yourself To walk amidst nature Being guided by your sense of smell and catch the scent of eucalyptus Peppermint and fresh grass Smell a campfire off in the distance and the dry crisp air And as you are getting comfortable bringing in these scents and smells You may well find yourself traveling to a memory in your childhood Of a scene where smells were important Special people in your life Good food a pleasing environment Any one of these can bring you back now to a wonderful experience with smell Then you will find fragrances and scents coming to you now Of mysterious and unknown origin And trust that they have a meaning for you to discover So go on another journey into smell Be still Call in any smells that you need to become aware of and just trust what comes You need to become aware of and just trust what comes You You Wonderful You repeat in your mind.

I Trust there is a purpose and meaning to what I smell You have now fully ignited and awakened your five senses of clear seeing hearing feeling knowing and smelling and This experience has taught you that you are connected to something greater It has inspired you to spend more time from now on Listening and seeing and feeling Knowing and smelling The inner messages that your senses are giving you Savor the possibilities you have before you of what you can be do and experience When you can access so much more than you have Enjoy that realization now Breathe in deep Breathe in deep and release good
