Namaskaram.

Welcome to the guided meditation for visualizing success.

To begin with,

Find a comfortable position to sit and gently close your eyes.

Now take a deep breath in and hold it for a moment.

Then slowly exhale completely.

Take another deep breath and once again hold your breath for a moment and then slowly exhale and let go of any tension in your body.

We're going to take one more deep breath and once again hold your breath for a moment and then slowly exhale and bring your focus to this present moment.

While you're being aware of this present moment,

Bring your attention to the natural flow of your breath.

Breathing through your nose,

Inhale and exhale through your nose naturally.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to relax more and more.

Just be aware of your breath as it flows naturally through your nose.

Feel your body becoming heavier and more at ease with every breath.

Now notice any areas of tension and consciously release the tension with every exhalation.

Let the body become very relaxed.

You may notice thoughts,

That's okay.

Just be aware of your breath which is flowing naturally and with each breath,

Body is becoming relaxed.

Now bring your attention to your feet.

Feel them relax.

Move your awareness to your legs,

Your hips,

Your abdomen and your chest.

Allow each part of your body to relax.

Continuing up to your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your neck and finally your face.

Let all the muscles in your face relax completely.

Now we're going to set the intention for this meditation.

Repeat mentally after me,

I am open to visualizing my success.

I am ready to see my dreams and goals clearly and I am ready to see my goals clearly.

And goals clearly and I'm ready to bring them into reality.

Now begin to imagine a place where you feel completely at peace and comfortable.

Use your visualization or memory of any place that makes you feel completely at peace and comfortable.

This could be a real place you have been to or a place created by your own imagination.

See the details of this place in your mind.

Notice the colors,

The sounds,

The smells and the feeling of your experience in this place.

Now in this peaceful place,

Imagine a version of yourself that has achieved the success you desire.

See yourself living your dreams and goals.

Notice what you're doing,

How are you feeling and who is around you.

See yourself happy,

Confident and fulfilled.

Visualize the steps you took to reach this success.

See the hard work,

The dedication and the positive actions you took.

Feel the pride and satisfaction of having achieved your goals.

Allow these feelings to fill your entire being.

Take a moment to really absorb this visualization.

Feel the emotions of success,

The confidence and the joy.

Know that this version of yourself is within your reach and that you have the power to make it a reality.

Feel great about yourself and your success,

That you deserve that you have achieved and will continue to achieve in your life.

Now repeat these affirmations after me in your mind.

I am capable of achieving my goals.

I deserve to be successful.

I have the power to create the life I desire.

I am confident in my abilities.

I am able to achieve my goals.

I am confident in my abilities.

I attract opportunities for success.

Feel every word you just said for yourself and will watch them becoming real,

Turning into reality of your life.

Now bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Take a few deep breaths,

Feeling the air entering and leaving your body,

Bringing joy,

Bringing clarity,

Bringing self-belief.

Now wiggle your toes,

Move your fingers,

Move your head side to side and whenever you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Remember,

The success you visualize is within your reach.

Carry the feelings of this meditation with you throughout your day and take inspired and conscious actions towards your goals.
