Welcome,

This is your time to pause,

To slow down and to gently return to a space of patience and calm.

Whether your day has been busy,

Overwhelming or filled with emotions,

This moment is a gift to yourself.

Find a comfortable position to sit.

Close your eyes gently and allow your body to settle.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your nose.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply and slowly exhale,

Letting go of any tension in your body or your mind.

Now consciously bring your awareness to your body.

Feel the weight of your body resting on the surface beneath you.

Notice any places where you may be holding tension.

With each exhalation,

Allow those areas to soften.

Relax your forehead.

Unclench your jaw.

Soften your shoulders.

Let your arms rest gently.

Let your chest and belly rise and fall naturally with your breath.

Now bring your attention to your breath.

Without changing it,

Just observe as it is.

Let your breath be your anchor.

Steady and calm.

Let us gently bring our focus to the idea of patience.

Patience is not about waiting passively.

It is about how we feel while we wait.

It is the space between a trigger and a reaction.

It is the stillness we cultivate inside when the life feels rushed or frustrating.

I want you to bring your attention to your inner calm and patience.

As you breathe in,

Mentally say to yourself,

I am calm.

And as you breathe out,

Mentally say to yourself,

I am patient.

Keep repeating this gently in your mind.

With every inhalation,

I am calm.

And with every exhalation,

I am patient.

You are taking your mind to realize your true nature,

Which is calm and patience.

Each time,

If your mind wanders,

Return to this simple mantra and your breath.

With every inhalation,

Say mentally to yourself,

I am calm.

With every exhalation,

Mentally say to yourself,

I am patient.

There is nothing to change.

Nothing to fix.

We just need awareness.

Only awareness.

Feel the spaciousness between each breath.

The pause.

That is where calmness begins.

I am patient.

I am calm.

I am patient.

Let your breath flow naturally and imagine yourself in a peaceful place.

Maybe it's a quiet forest,

A sunny field,

Or a beautiful garden.

Beside a gentle stream.

Feel the stillness of nature around you.

There is no rush,

No pressure,

No deadlines here.

In this place,

Everything flows in its own perfect time.

You are part of this rhythm.

You are in harmony with life.

With this awareness,

Feel how your body softens even more.

Let this sense of peace wash over you like a gentle wave.

Now return your awareness back to your body.

Feel the support beneath you.

Observe the rhythm of your breath,

The gentle beating of your heart.

You must know this,

That this calm,

Patient energy is always with you.

You can return to it at any time.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Whenever you are ready,

Begin to gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Bringing small movements back into the body and slowly open your eyes.

Carry this sense of patience and calm with you as you move through your day.

Thank you for taking this time to center yourself.

You are calm,

You are patient,

You are at peace.
