Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Let your body soften,
Let your mind settle.
Now bring to mind something or someone you are grateful for.
It can be big or small,
A person,
A moment or a breath of fresh air.
Feel it in your heart,
Let it expand with each breath.
Gratitude doesn't require perfection,
It requires only presence.
And right here in this moment,
There is always something to be thankful for.
Say gently to yourself,
I am grateful for this life.
I am open to joy,
I welcome today with a thankful heart.
Let gratitude be your anchor today.
Let it shift your focus from lack to abundance,
From stress to serenity.
Take one more deep breath in with smile and as you exhale,
Carry this warmth with you.
