Namaste and welcome to the meditation to increase your daily productivity.

Take a comfortable seat,

Close your eyes and whenever you are ready,

Become aware of the natural flow of your breath.

Notice how are you breathing in this moment.

Deep or shallow,

Slow or fast,

Smooth or jerky.

Be fully present for these next few moments and just watch the pattern of your breath.

Doesn't matter what the pattern of your breath is,

Without judging just observe,

Watch,

Notice your breath as it is.

This is your time to ground,

Center and envision your day with clarity and purpose.

We are going to do a grounding practice.

While you are watching your breath,

You may notice some thoughts,

It's ok,

Let them be.

No need to stop your mind from thinking or entertain any thought.

Just focus on your breath and every time your awareness drifts from your breath to your thoughts,

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

No matter how many times you get distracted from your thoughts,

Bring your awareness back to your breath every time you get distracted.

Make your breath your focal point,

A point of focus,

At the same time you are not controlling your breath,

You are allowing your breath to flow naturally and you are just observing it flowing naturally as it is.

Not getting disturbed by any thought and getting fully involved in every breath you inhale and exhale.

Let go of every thought,

Whether it's about yesterday or tomorrow,

Today is a new day and right now you are creating space for it,

Within you,

Through you,

With every breath.

Now as you feel more relaxed,

More involved within your own self,

It's a time to set intention for a meditation.

Think of a word or phrase that summarizes how you want to approach today.

Maybe it's calm,

Focused,

Productive or present.

Whatever comes to mind,

Hold that word in your awareness.

Breathe in this intention and with exhale,

Let the projection of this thought fill in your entire body and mind.

Keep that word as a strong thought in your mind.

There may be other thoughts but every thought is overshadowed by this one thought that you are consciously creating towards your day.

See yourself moving through your schedule smoothly and with intention,

Handling tasks with ease.

Let this picture run in your mind,

Visualize yourself doing this,

Planning and visualizing that it is happening,

You are projecting it so strongly,

You are manifesting it for yourself to make a productive day for yourself.

Now imagine any challenges you anticipate and picture yourself addressing them with patience and focus.

Think of what tools or reminders would support you.

Take a moment to see yourself using them throughout the day to stay on track.

In a day,

We need to do many,

Many things.

I want you to prioritize key tasks.

For that,

Mentally list three things you want to accomplish today.

They don't have to be monumental but let them be meaningful and purposeful.

They can be big or small.

See yourself completing each one.

Visualize yourself doing them consciously.

Imagine the sense of accomplishment knowing you dedicated your time wisely.

Let this picture run in the mind,

Let yourself do this as a movie happening in your mind,

You are projecting it and you are guiding your mind to follow the process.

Take a deep breath,

Consciously committing yourself to your top priorities.

As we focus on our top priorities,

We must focus on our self-care because without us there are no tasks can be done.

So picture your moments where you'll take a pause to check in with yourself.

Whether it's a few moments of deep breathing,

A walk or a sip of water,

Visualize where you can create space for yourself,

For your self-care.

These small breaks are gifts to yourself to stay energized,

To stay balanced and to live a conscious life.

Now let's prepare ourselves to come out of the practice.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling grounded and ready for the day.

As we exhale,

Letting go of any tension or worry.

Feel accomplished,

Feel relaxed,

Feel positive,

Towards yourself,

Towards your day.

Whenever you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Knowing that you have set yourself up for a day of purpose,

Productivity and calm.

Try following this meditation each morning to enter your day with a clear focus and strong sense of purpose.
