Everything I Long For (I AM That I AM)

"I am made of stardust, but my toes grow deep into the Earth . . . my branches stretch through aeons, but this moment is my birth. Awakening now, I realize that I've always been looking through God's Eyes." The topic I was asked to write a song for was "abundance". When meditating on it, the words that came to me were "Everything I long for is a part of me." and this whole song sprang into being, and I felt that true abundance is simply about awakening to who and what we truly are - to remember that Infinite Source is within us and all around us. I am bowing to the Source in you!

I revisit this song often when I need comfort. A year or so ago, I joined one of your lives and I put into the chat that I was struggling heavily with mental health. This song was playing. So many beautiful strangers offered beautiful words of comfort and encouragement to me. You had even shouted out my comment saying I wasn’t alone and that you were keeping me in your thoughts. A year or so later, I’m still struggling with that immense pain, but I just wanted to say how comforting it was to be held by so many strangers who I’ve never seen their faces or heard their voices. Everyone’s energy was so beautiful and so powerful that it brought me to tears. I think of that moment often, and it still brings me comfort to this day.
