This meditation is going to help you get nice and clear,
Nice and focused.
To decide.
My name is Travis Ruskus.
I'm an artist specializing in rock balance.
And this is a powerful tool to bring your focus back to the present moment.
That's where you find where the decision lives.
A lot of times that overwhelm or the stress or indecision is because our mind is caught in either the past or the future.
Mostly for decisions,
The future.
You're split between 10 different ways,
So we're gonna figure out the path forward.
As we get settled,
I want you to pick a specific crystal,
One that you're drawn to.
One that's resonating.
And as you pick that crystal,
Take a nice deep breath in.
Exhale it out.
One more time,
Breathe in nice and full,
Lift it up.
And as you exhale Bring your focus to that specific crystal and gently close your eyes if it's safe to do so.
One more time inhale.
Exhale,
Close your eyes.
Bring your focus back.
On this breath,
In this moment.
As you take your next inhale,
Feel the air lift your lungs up.
Exhale.
Let's do that one more time.
Lift it up nice and powerful.
As you exhale,
Relax from the top of your head all the way to the base of your spine.
And now you don't need to force the breath.
Let it naturally rise and fall.
Notice how you feel in this moment.
Any tension in your body is perfectly valid.
Maybe there's some joy in that.
Some relaxation.
Now as you continue your breathing,
I want you to bring to your mind a decision you're currently having to face.
Maybe it's something drastic.
Who you need to love.
What city you need to move to,
A job.
You need to take or a surgery,
You should proceed or not.
Whatever it is,
Bring it to your mind's eye and just notice how shallow your breath got.
Try to take a nice deep breath in and out.
Remain focused on that decision and exhale it out.
One more time,
Breathe in nice and full.
With your decision.
It's tempting to bounce back and forth between all the possibilities.
But right now,
I want you to sit in the middle.
I want you to imagine you're in the center of a circle.
A nice clear circle.
And on the outside is all the decisions,
All the different things that you could do.
The way that you could.
Pivot from this moment to step forward.
But just stay in the center.
Take a nice deep breath.
And in this specific breath,
You don't have to decide anything.
You just need to be sitting comfortably in your body.
In this chair,
In this moment.
And if anything,
Start to look around the circle,
Imagining all the different possibilities of what you could decide.
Maybe there's two decisions or two choices.
Maybe there's ten choices.
Or a hundred.
Or a thousand.
Or a hundred thousand either way don't let the possibilities overwhelm you just take a nice deep breath in Sit in the center of the circle.
And relax.
You have the control right now.
And as you sit in this clear,
Calm space,
I want you to bring your focus to your belly.
That intuition.
That primal Attraction.
What are you drawn to when we're talking about this decision?
And all the different possibilities,
Is there one?
Possibility that you're starting to magnetize towards.
That you can't help.
But get closer and closer to saying yes to that.
If not,
Don't worry.
But if yes.

I want you to lean into that.
It's okay to start to get off the center of the circle.
Start to draw yourself towards that position,
Towards that decision,
And breathe into it.
Exhale it out.
Notice in your mind the visualization probably of the future,
How that would unfold.
We don't need to go there.
We just need to decide.
Lean into the possibility of something.
If the more that you lean into something,
The least yes you feel,
The more you want to go back to it.
To assessing,
That's perfectly valid.
But if you want to lean into something and go all the way through that decision to a full body yes,
Let's do that together.
Breathe in from the bottom of your toes and kind of scan all the way up.
Breathe to the top of your head.
And as you exhale,
Breathe out all the way to the bottom of your toes.
We're going to do that one more time,
But I want you to fill your body with yes.
From the bottom of your toes,
Breathe up.
All that yes energy.
And as you exhale,
Just hold it.
Don't hold the breath,
But hold the yes.
Notice how that makes you feel.
To say yes to something.
To powerfully.
Step forward.
Let's just hold that space one more time breathe in Feel the magnet being drawn towards that yes.
Exhale it out.
And this side.
This is your moment,
Your breath.
Now let's gently come back to this room.
Gently wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
Maybe gently smile,
Breathe in.
And as you exhale,
When you're ready,
Gently,
Slowly open your eyes.
Bring your focus back to this.
Come back.
Welcome back.
And I invite you to return your focus to your favorite crystal right now.
The one that reminds you of that decision.
You just may die.
Here we go now we're going to take the next step i'm going to let go of these balances and as i do We're going to commit to that decision and just move forward.
This is a powerful shift.
So here we go.

We're going to take three breaths.
So let's take the first breath.
Lift it up nice and clear.
Open your eyes.
And as you exhale,
Bring your focus back to this breath.
This moment Could this?
Yes.
Second breath,
Lift it up one more time.
Rise your chest into the sky.
And as you exhale relax from the top of your head relaxing all the way down to the bottom of your toes.
And on the third breath.
As you breathe in,
Think about the decision.
Breathe into it,
Say yes to it.
As you exhale It's time to move forward.
