Better Sleep
This is a track I recorded to help support relaxation and enhance sleep. It targets the pineal gland, where melatonin - the sleep hormone, is produced so listening to this track when winding down in the evening might help you sleep better. Or when you need a bit of relaxation and a reboot during the day. To get the full binaural experience use headphones. I found when recording this track that it´s actually quite powerful so do not listen to it while driving or operating heavy machinery!
