Allowing it to enter through your crown.

Your sacral.
And your roots.
Allowing the life force energy to go where it needs to flow.
Scanning the rest of your body.
I invite you to bring your hands to any place that needs a little more healing.
May that be your heart.
Pain in your shoulder,
Your hips.
Place your hands on your body.
Allow the reiki to flow through you.
With every breath in reiki flows where it needs to go.
With every breath out your body opening up more to receive the medicine.
Bring your hands to your hara.
Your womb space.

We will start to cut cords.
Allowing old stories to surface.
Karmic ties,
Soul contracts.
Pulling out these energetic cords from our hara,
Our womb space.
Cutting all ties to anything that does not belong to us.
Releasing it back to where it came from.
Or back to the universe with love.

Go ahead and zip up from the roots of your body.
Zip all the way to the crown in front of you and zip behind you from the crown to the roots.
And dusting off any excess energy,
Allowing yourself to be engulfed in this bubble of white life force energy.
