This short and easy practice consists in inhaling with the nose and exhaling with the mouth, following the rhythm given by the music and the guidance. Physiologically, a few minutes of this practice triggers the parasympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system, also called "the rest and digest machinery". For a few minutes of this quick and gentle practice,

We'll inhale with the nose and exhale with the mouth.

Find an easy place and together let's start.

On a four count rhythm,

And through the mouth,

Through the nose,

Inhale,

Four.

And with the mouth,

Four.

Beautiful,
