One period of 30 minutes and one period of 20 minutes of Silent Seated Meditation, with one period of 10 minutes for Walking Meditation in between. No words at all. 3 bowl sounds to start, and 2 bowl sounds to finish the first seated period. Two wood clappings to start and finish the walking period. 3 bowl sounds to start, and 1 bowl sound to finish the second seated period. Just Be Present. Pure Awareness. Relax your body and mind. Deep and Smooth Breath.
