Please come to a comfortable seated position.

Gently close your eyes if you'd like.

And become aware of your breath.

Become fully aware of your breath.

Feel the quality of your inhale from the start of the inhale all the way to the end of each inhale.

And feel the quality of each exhale from the start of each exhalation all the way to the end.

Continue to follow your breath like this.

These 108 affirmations that you're about to hear are a reinforcement of who you already know that you are.

Allow the words to bathe over you,

Soothe you,

And sink into your heart and your mind so that they may take root.

I am.

I am grateful.

I am kind.

I am strong.

I am safe.

I am brave.

I am compassionate.

I am confident.

I am humble.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am proud.

I listen to my heart.

I believe in myself.

I am grateful for who I am.

I am grateful for who I can be.

I have enough.

I recently bought my first mala and then found this meditation. I like these 108 affirmations. I especially like doing this mala meditation early in the morning, while still in bed. Would also like a longer, slower version of this mala meditation. Thank you.
