Healing On A Cellular Level

When our body calls for restoration on a deeper level than what we have been accustomed to, we must listen to energy and a calling for healing that lies far deeper than what we know. Surrender to this calling for healing from deep within your cells, healing created and received by you.

The deeper the level of healing,

The lighter the level of being.

A while ago my spiritual practice deepened with intent.

The walls between spirituality and science began to fall and emergence happened within me of these two narratives of life.

I had always questioned how science and spirituality can agree with each other,

Right up until I felt their rejoice within my body.

I think it's really important for us to open ourselves to healing on deeper levels than even we can understand.

To welcome love into our being,

Beyond our body,

Heart and mind.

In today's practice we are going to be tapping into our existence on a cellular level,

Acknowledging our creation and the birth of everything that vibrates within us.

For this practice it is best for you to be lying down on your back in a comfortable position,

Feet hip width apart,

Arms resting gently at your side.

Welcoming your body into this sacred space and just being really effortless in the way we ask the noises around us,

The feelings and emotions within us and our thoughts to quieten and simplify gently into nothingness.

Taking rest in your body,

Allowing gravity to anchor you into your forever home and your place of rest that is your body.

Breathing in,

Connecting to your inhale.

Breathing out,

Connecting to your exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Just acknowledging here the way our breath works for us so effortlessly and generously,

Being so giving in nature,

So light and gentle.

And I would like us to start with a moment of thanks,

Acknowledging and scanning with gratitude the components that make up our bodies and especially those that work to keep us alive,

To gift us every day a new day,

A chance of life,

A moment longer.

It is unfortunate how often we take for granted the next beat of our heart,

The next inhale of our breath.

These engines that work within us and for us,

The systems and roadmaps of our body that inject us with life and fill us with the nutrients we need to live within our being.

I would like you to offer thanks now to any and all parts of your body that you feel called to.

Maybe it's your heart,

Your mind,

Your nervous system,

Your lungs.

You may hold personal gratitude for some corners of your body more than others.

Maybe for the way they have so naturally and effortlessly worked to heal you.

Offering these parts of you love and well-being,

Space to evolve and gratitude.

Whispering these words to them or sending your loving energy to the places they fill within you.

We bring our awareness deeper now,

Zooming far into these systems,

Organs,

Corners of our body and we glaze our awareness onto the infrastructure that creates these,

The cells that create these.

Quantum physics says there is no empty space within the human cell,

But it is teeming with electromagnetic fields of potential.

And philosophy says any cell,

Tissue and organ is capable of crying out for attention and when you give it some,

The healing process begins.

So in this way we can become self healers in the way we create healing from this unlimited space deep within ourselves,

Deep within this unlimited potential and possibility within the centre.

Right where creation stems from,

We can tap into that space and heal from there,

Directly from and inside our creation.

With our next inhale and exhale let us fill our awareness with this level of depth of our bodies,

Seeing through your minds eye and feeling into the trillions of cells that make up your body,

The cells that vibrate to make up your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Upper arms,

Lower arms,

Your wrists,

Your hands,

Focusing on the cells that make up your neck,

Your ears,

Every single root and strand of your hair,

Your eyes,

Nose,

Lips,

Heart,

Lungs,

Your skin.

Seeing and seeing now your entire body as trillions of gently vibrating cells,

Allowing the labels of body parts and identities placed upon you to dissolve into the space around you.

And as we see ourselves as this magnetic field of vibrational cells,

We can now call forth a white centre of light that begins to illuminate from each and every cell's surface,

Allowing your inhale to gracefully call out more light into each cell,

Calling on a healing light,

A loving light,

A kind and caring light,

Letting this vibrational energy of love fill each cell.

Seeing and witnessing your being now as a field of illumination and love,

Stemming right from the depths of your being.

Feeling these words I speak,

I sense the creation of my healing potential being born.

I see now the space of unlimited potential that my being is birthed from,

And I call in from this space the creation of love and light to enter,

To absorb into me and swallow my being whole.

I illuminate as a magnetic field of love,

My organs,

My veins,

My blood,

My nerves,

Do not have to effort so tirelessly for me,

For I see the potential I hold deep within them.

Whether I see and feel these as cells,

Particles,

Waves or energy,

I am light in my very nature,

I am the creator and caller of my own healing,

And I create this from within.

All energy vibrates to some level of existence,

Whether it be the healing energy we carry from our thoughts,

Or from the energy that is,

As some may say,

Scientifically created within ourselves.

But all energy is constantly moving,

Creating and becoming,

Just as all of the cells within us are constantly vibrating,

Moving,

Creating and becoming.

Our eyes cannot see the most precious forms of creation,

Because we become too distracted by what we desire to be so absolute and real and proven.

But as your systems fill from their cellular level in front of you now,

I invite you to offer thanks for their ease and desire to show up for you so effortlessly,

As if they were waiting for you to realise their potential and your potential all along.

Breathing in and zooming back out now,

Gradually and gently to the individual parts of your body,

Allowing your awareness to take you to whichever corner of the body it wishes to go,

Wiggling your toes and fingertips to the rhythm of your heartbeats,

Allowing movement to fall back into your body,

And resting gently here for a few moments with yourself.

We can dive deeper and deeper under a magnifying glass into our bodies,

And it will lead us to know that we are all connected.

And it will lead us to nothingness.

9999% of our body is empty space.

The same goes for the air and space outside of us.

But for us to identify with this would mean to shake our safety,

To see ourselves beyond the absolutes and fundamentals of what science and society teaches us.

To go forth and ask to see more,

To know more,

Is truly a soul-searching journey.

We are taught in society that systems are in place to heal our bodies,

But I invite us to question what part of our spiritual being they cure,

And who mediates the curing of both our spiritual being and physical body simultaneously.

I invite you to question your own power to heal from within,

Through using the power of your body,

Your mind and your intention.
