Welcome,
This is Tina and I've created this meditation for you that is a meditation for calling back your power for recharging.
So we'll begin by coming into a comfortable seat and if there is not a comfortable seat then please make yourself comfortable lying down.
So as you inhale and exhale just start to draw your awareness into your body with the breath.
So as you breathe in just follow the in-breath with your attention deep into your being to the place where you open to receive the breath,
Possibly the pelvic floor.
So expanding into the depths of the body on the inhale.
And then following with your awareness the exhale as it arises from that depth and allowing it to create a current that elongates the spine up towards the crown of your head.
So inhale receive that breath deep inside of your body expanding the pelvic floor expanding the rib cage and then as you exhale and start to elongate up as you follow the breath out through the crown also start to extend downward as a reflective mirroring of this upward rising energy to root into your hips and legs.
Inhale and expand the center expanding the midline and then exhale just allow the hips and legs and the feet to sink towards the earth starting to imagine little rootlets growing down down down into the ground through the floor right into the earth itself anchoring.
Now as you continue to stay focused on the breath start to envision the cave of the heart.
So this is right in the center of your being as you breathe in just allow your awareness to travel into the depths into the darkness at the center into the hidden realm.
Perhaps you envision this at the heart chakra which is in the center of the chest or perhaps you're envisioning the spiritual heart which is just more the center of the body.
There are a lot of ways we can think of the heart.
So the key here is your imaginal realm.
So inviting the inhale to expand and open a place in the depth of your body of your embodiment opening to a cave.
You can imagine yourself sitting on the floor of this cave in front of a small fire feeling the warmth from the fire and just watching the flickering on the walls of the cave.
And the cave could be whatever it is that comes to you it could be smooth walled there could be glistening gems and crystals just watching the flames dance on the walls continuing to be settled deep in the cave.
Now as you inhale start to draw back in to yourself those energies that have scattered over the past week past month perhaps even the past year.
Just calling back into the heart center right here in the depths of this cave calling back in all of the parts of ourselves that we may have left somewhere.
We may have left a little trace behind in some sort of exchange we had with another a place where maybe we had to compromise our principles in some way or a situation that we walked away from feeling less than whole.
So as you breathe in just calling these forms of yourself perhaps you see them as shadows of yourself or holograms of yourself or a see-through image of yourself that you can breathe back in.
Just inviting all of these components all of these fragments and pieces to step into this cave with you and come to sit around the fire.
Continuing to hold the door open with your breath opening this portal welcoming all the parts of yourself back home.
Feel yourself sitting among the presence of the total sum of the parts of the wholeness present and whole.
And from the center of this circle you may start to feel an arising a spiraling upward sensation perhaps you're experiencing this in the central channel of the body the Shashumna and Nadi there's a stirring and an upward spiraling with the smoke of the fire and this is Shakti rising this is the upward flow and release of power that comes from deep presence in the ground of being.
And just as we were following breath with awareness you can begin to follow this spiraling upward with your awareness and feeling this upward spiraling drawing from you up through the crown of your head all of the lingering attachments we have to any of those situations which we've recalled back into ourselves all the power we've recalled in just allowing that upward movement to dissolve any attachments.
And now as all of the residue becomes stripped away taken away and smoke up through the central channel we can start to release even more we can release our deep seated wishes for well-being for ourselves.
So just sending those desires up that spiral right up through the crown chakra up through the crown of your head dissolving into ether we can start to send well wishing on this upward current from our deep seated power to our loved ones to those who support us or to those who we feel drawn to support.
We can evoke feelings of well wishing of well-being for those who live in our community perhaps who we have not met allowing this to rise up and expand out from the center.
And increasing this current we can start to extend these feelings of well wishing out beyond the realm of where we've been to places we haven't been perhaps to other countries and the rest of the planet transforming the power of wholeness into a power of bestowing blessings.
Maybe even extending this blessing from deep within to those who we do not agree with we do not see eye to eye with.
And wishing for all beings for the plant beings the animal beings the spirit beings for all beings to be free to be free from the bondage of suffering and to become awakened to truth.
Now with a few more deep breaths in start to sense all of those outlines of yourself merging into the center aligning and merging and weaving back together as you welcome back all of these pieces to yourself.
Now as you exhale start to sense the navel drawing back towards the spine.
Sense the air moving on your skin the sounds surrounding you the feel of the temperature of the room or the outside air.
And begin to sense the points of contact between your body and the seat or the floor anchoring into these points feeling the inhale inflate and lift the rib cage and just allowing the vessel of the physical body to become infused with this deep power of presence and reconnection.
Namaste.

Quite powerful (for lack of a less obvious word). I think I need another listen or two before I have much to offer about it. Tech heads-up: the mic picks up a lot of unintentional sound here, so avoid headphones if possible.

I like the concept of the heart cave inside where your self is situated and calling your splayed energies from the caverns back like they are lost inner children/pieces of oneself that makes us feel not whole. And I like the idea of visualizing a spiral going upwards that can get rid of unwanted negative energy and also pour out or emanate positive vibrations but I am not sure you were saying that exactly however that's what I took from this.

I loved the visualization of being in a cosy, jewelled cave with the warm flames of a fire. I really needed this medication and shall meditate with it again. Thank you for your insight Tina. Namaste Carol
