Quite powerful (for lack of a less obvious word). I think I need another listen or two before I have much to offer about it. Tech heads-up: the mic picks up a lot of unintentional sound here, so avoid headphones if possible.

I like the concept of the heart cave inside where your self is situated and calling your splayed energies from the caverns back like they are lost inner children/pieces of oneself that makes us feel not whole. And I like the idea of visualizing a spiral going upwards that can get rid of unwanted negative energy and also pour out or emanate positive vibrations but I am not sure you were saying that exactly however that's what I took from this.
