Release any clenching and then lightly touch your thumbs and index fingers together.
This will keep the divine energy we're co-creating circulating within your body.
Rest your hands on your lap,
Palms up or down,
Whichever feels most comfortable to you.
Allow your forehead to soften.
Lightly place the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth,
Right behind your teeth.
This too will keep the divine energy circulating within your body.
