Closing your eyes,
Finding a comfortable position,
Whether seated or lying down,
And becoming aware of your body.
Becoming aware of the space around your body,
Awareness of the room,
Awareness of the building and beyond,
Awareness of where your body is in the space,
Looking at your physical body from a third-person point of view.
Just notice yourself,
Your facial expression,
If your body is relaxed or tense.
Just observe,
Just notice,
And try to put some distance between you,
The observer,
The perceiver,
And your physical body.
Stepping back,
Maybe going to the corner of the room,
Observing your physical body.
Just observe,
Be a witness.
No need to judge or analyze.
What are you perceiving,
What are you seeing?
There will be enough brightness so that you can see your physical body as you're meditating.
Now,
Notice that the light in the room is becoming brighter and brighter with every breath,
And this bright light is enveloping you,
Surrounding you,
Slowly merging with your physical body so that it starts to glow,
Become filled with light.
And seeing,
Sensing,
The physical body begin to relax,
Letting go of any pressure or tension,
Any obligation,
Letting go of identities,
Responsibilities,
So that the body feels lighter,
More relaxed,
Free.
And looking at your face,
Notice the expression on your face as you are slowly becoming filled with light,
Notice a smile,
Glowing,
Smiling,
More confident,
More confident,
More relaxed,
Calm,
Perfect and complete.
This is how divinity sees you.
And I invite you to perceive this essence of yours,
Whole,
Perfect and complete,
Becoming aware of your divine spark,
Glowing,
Shining brightly,
Beginning to fill the room.
And I invite you to breathe in this essence of who you are,
And when you feel ready,
Open,
Ready to trust,
Allow and surrender,
Feel yourself stepping closer,
Closer,
Ready to melt,
Merge,
Connect with your essence,
Arriving fully,
Completely in the body,
Fully,
Filled with light,
Seeing your body illuminated,
Glowing,
Full of life force energy,
Faith in light,
Confident,
Swimming in light,
Fully inhabiting the body,
Awakening all the cells,
Nerve,
Fiber in your body,
Every pore of your skin,
Feeling cool,
And noticing how you feel right now in the body.
How does the body feel right now?
The body has its own intelligence,
Able to adjust,
Calibrate,
And heal,
Allowing the body to follow its natural rhythm and flow,
Trusting in the process,
And becoming aware of your heart center,
The middle of your chest,
Feeling your heartbeat,
Opening the heart,
Opening the chest,
Letting the heart unfold,
Inviting the heart to open,
Feeling ready,
To express your essence,
Allowing the heart to expand into the room,
The feeling of letting go,
The feeling of allowing,
The feeling of accepting and embracing,
Asking yourself,
What are you ready to experience?
What are you ready to express?
And becoming aware of a giant heart behind you,
A sacred heart filled with unconditional love,
Infinite love,
Never depleted,
Just notice it,
Awareness of where it is in the space,
And feel your back softening and relaxing,
Ready to open,
Ready to receive,
Receiving energy,
Light,
Unconditional love from the giant heart,
Feel yourself being nourished,
Nurtured,
Embraced,
Feeling safe,
Feeling secured,
Feeling stable,
Feeling grounded,
Ready for clarity,
Ready to express your creativity,
Ready to express your essence,
Which is love,
And as you receive from the giant heart,
See yourself giving off energy and love,
Becoming aware that you are a giant heart to many others,
Sending off love,
Your energy,
Your essence,
Sharing it to whoever you feel may benefit this very moment,
See them standing in front of you,
Seeing the divine spark in them,
Seeing their divinity,
The divine being that they are,
And reviewing the day,
Your interactions with others,
And from this vantage point,
Seeing those moments with you and others,
Seeing their divine spark as each moment plays out,
And awareness if your heart is open or close as you interacted with them,
As you give off love you're receiving,
And staying in the heart,
Feeling gratitude for today,
For this opportunity,
For everyone you connected with,
For the gifts and the blessings,
The challenges and opportunities,
And as we slowly return,
I invite you to maintain some of this awareness,
