This is a short breath work practice to calm and realign your nervous system.

We will be doing a 4-6 breath count.

Breathing in for a count of 4 and breathing out for a count of 6.

Let's begin by relaxing your body.

Relaxing your shoulders.

Relaxing your muscles.

Relaxing your eyes and relaxing your lips.

Tune into this relaxation and breathe in.

Let your breath be fluid like waves.
