Hello,

I want to encourage you to have ease in your life.

I know that we want to believe that things can be easy,

But with so much happening around us on a daily basis tugging at our attention,

When one thing goes wrong,

Everything feels like it's going wrong.

In this meditation,

We will clear our energetic residue that teaches us to only lean into negativity and learn how to approach each day with neutrality so we can learn how to trust our needs for ease.

No matter how many good things that are taking place,

Somehow they always get overshadowed by heaviness and resistance.

We unconsciously repeat this cycle every single day,

And in return we close ourselves off to the doorway of ease and become highly attached to hardships.

The best thing about inviting an ease is that it is a relaxed state of being.

It teaches us how to become aware of what we're really putting our energy toward physically,

Mentally,

And emotionally.

And we need that because we cannot solve problems with the same thinking that created them.

Let's start with a collective breath,

Exhaling all the air out.

Inhale,

Pause at the top for one,

Two,

Three,

And exhale.

Allow your body to soften.

Today I invite you to place your hands in your lap.

Sit into a comfy seat.

Settle into your space by relaxing your shoulders,

Softening your lips,

Releasing any tension from your face,

And allowing your eyelids to close if you haven't already done so.

As we set up our body for meditation,

We are inviting in comfort into our practice.

Notice how your body is breathing.

And with each inhale and exhale,

Allow your mind to take a back seat while the body takes the lead.

Take note of any area in your body where you may be holding tension and observe what that feels like without judgment and breathe into that space.

We will do five rounds of the cleansing breath technique.

Breathing in through our nose,

Pausing at the top for one,

Two,

Three,

And then fully exhaling out of our mouth.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Almost done.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Last round.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Now I want you to ask yourself,

Do I trust that I can be at ease?

Let the answer arise.

Remember,

Today we are getting rid of our attachment to the worst outcomes and allowing ourselves to experience what it feels like to move through the day without getting so attached to them.

So whatever the answer may be,

Be honest and rest with that answer.

What does being at ease look like for you?

That could be relaxing into your body more or paying attention to your anxious thought patterns.

Allow this moment to give you the answers that you need.

How can I make space in my life for ease?

It could be as simple as thinking before reacting or something big like setting boundaries in your relationships.

Maybe that means putting more time aside to do the things that you love.

Whatever answer feels significant to you,

Commit to it in this moment in your own words.

When you are ready,

You can begin to emerge from the meditation by wiggling your fingers,

Wiggling your toes,

Moving with slow intention.

If you want to create a life where you can trust yourself to be at ease,

Start by paying attention to your thoughts throughout the day.

When you notice a thought that contradicts the state of being at ease,

Call it out,

Write it down.

Make a commitment to remove that from your life.

Make a commitment to remove the word can't from your vocabulary.

The most important aspect of being at ease is having the awareness to learn where you are meeting yourself with resistance in the first place.

I hope this meditation was a great guide for trusting that you can live at ease.

Loved it. I will write down the phrases that go against being at ease. Thank you for your great track.
