Welcome to this guided meditation about cultivating the feelings of belonging as you explore within and learn to trust yourself.
You will be affirming your existence and working with the body as a portal to self-love and pleasure through the sensation of touch.
I invite you to say hello to all the parts of you that want to be heard,
Seen,
Felt.
Let's begin by taking a comfy seat and closing your eyes.
Just settling here.
There is no need to rush anything but create that feeling of being.
Create the safety that you need to be in this moment.
Take one deep breath in and one deep breath out.
Acknowledging the relationship between your breath and your lungs.
Feeling the air travel to and from your belly.
I want you to take your right fingertips and begin to slowly trace them up your left arm.
Keep breathing and feel the fingertips crease against your skin as you move from your palm,
Your elbow crease,
And your shoulder all the way across to your chest.
Letting your hands sit on your heart.
Begin silently repeating these words.
I hear you.
I see you.
I feel you.
Release your hand back down and begin tracing slowly up your right arm with your left fingertips,
The elbow crease,
Up your shoulders,
And bringing your fingertips across your chest.
Settling your hand over the heart here and repeating these words again.
I hear you.
I see you.
I feel you.
I love you.
Allowing those words to settle into who you are right now at this stage in your life.
As you begin to use both hands to rub across your entire body.
Starting at the upper body,
Gently swing back and forth hugging yourself and begin to move your arms across your chest to your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees.
Repeating this movement motion as many times as you want.
Begin resting your arms in your lap.
There is so much movement and change that's happening around you and within you on a daily basis.
It's important that you stop to inquire,
Acknowledge,
And lead with curiosity what your body is requiring of you.
Sometimes it is to just be heard,
Seen,
Felt.
It is so tempting to search and to wander and to explore but realizing that you can go within.
So just be connected.
So to have a voice that projects so beautifully and full of flow where you are heard.
Allow yourself to look in the mirror and smile acknowledging that you see you.
You see the journey you've taken,
The places you have gone,
And everything you've lost and gained just to be where you are now.
To just feel your own body through gentle hugs and rubs and most importantly to love you.
To cultivate your sense of belonging and trusting instead of waiting for others to validate you through hearing,
Seeing,
Feeling,
And loving you.
Every single day you rise make a vow to yourself to explore within.
Explore the places in you that are already so seen,
So loved,
So felt,
And so heard.
Allow those parts of you to come forward as you go out into the world.
Right now I will give you some moments of silent contemplation in space.
When I return we will come back into the body and finish the meditation.
Begin bringing your consciousness back into full awareness.
Take one slow deep breath in.
Vowing to yourself with the deepest love.
Knowing that you can come back to this space at any time.
Open your eyes now without the need to rush.
Let these feelings linger.
Notice what wants to come forward for you today.
Notice what you want to create.
Notice what happened inside of you during this meditation.
But most importantly I want you to go and live life.
