Meditation Timer OnlineJulie is a Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga teacher specializing in guided practices for anxiety, overwhelm, stress, insomnia, chronic pain, and emotional regulation. She is the founder of Yoga of Calm and a Registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher (RYT 500/MT, Canadian Yoga Alliance). Her work blends trauma-aware yoga and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation, especially during burnout, grief, and life transitions. Her guided meditations focus on calming racing thoughts, releasing physical and emotional tension, and creating space for grounding and rest when life feels heavy or overstimulating.
