Please enjoy this guided 10-minute chakra meditation to bring peace, clarity, and balance to your chakras. The meditative journey will include all 7 of the chakra energy centers within the physical body.

Greetings,

Friends,

And welcome to the vibrational life and this guided chakra meditation.

Please take a few moments to get comfortable and settled into your space.

Make sure that you sit comfortably and let your hands rest in your lap or on your legs.

Let's begin with a few deep inhales and full exhales.

And we're going to hold those inhales for a count of three.

And inhale.

And exhale out.

Let's do that one more time and take a deep inhale through your nose.

And exhale fully out through your mouth.

Let us begin to allow our bodies to relax from your shoulders to your jaw to your breath and drop your tongue from the rip of your mouth.

Let's begin at the base of our spine and down through the soles of your feet.

Feel the ground or floor beneath you,

Supporting you on this meditative journey.

Ground into that earthy energy below.

Breathe into this space and into your root chakra.

This is where we can feel structurally sound and foundational.

Imagine a red beam of light radiating from this space.

Feel the universe supporting you unconditionally.

And breathe openly into a space of knowing that you are foundationally supported by the universe.

I am divinely supported by the universe.

Continue that energetic flow upwards and follow that light as it begins to fade from red and blossom into a bright orange beam from your sacral chakra.

This is our center for emotional intelligence and creativity.

Breathe into this space openly,

Above your abdomen and below your navel.

Think of pleasure and allow the orange light to fill the sacral space,

Washing over it with a sense of peaceful pleasure and awareness.

I feel pleasure freely and openly.

As you continue,

Begin to drop and find your natural rhythm of your breath,

Whatever feels comfortable.

And hold that steady.

Now continue to move to the north and openly breathe as the natural flow of energy reaches your solar plexus chakra.

This is where the heart of your power lies.

Breathe into your stomach center and exhale.

This is your energetic drive,

If you will.

And imagine a yellow beam of light shining down as you call your power back and visualize that yellow light bathing over you like a bright spring day.

Sending out love and light to all of the things that are serving you well,

And even those that may not be.

Take a deep breath in this space and exhale that out.

And simply notice what you notice,

Giving yourself permission to accept how you feel.

Breathe in a sense of confidence and authenticity.

I am motivated to be my true authentic self and discover my purpose.

As we continue to control our breath both naturally and fluidly,

We move into our heart chakra.

Now visualize a bright green light that fills your heart with love and joy.

Breathe into this space with love and compassion.

Fill your chest space with love.

Love for yourself and also for others.

See this light cloaking your heart space and emitting that both inward and outward.

Feel the love.

This could be of people or places or things.

Or maybe you have a small smile that washes over your face as you know how love helps to surpass all low vibrations,

Time,

And space.

I am open to the possibility and the power of love.

As we continue to our next chakra,

Remember to breathe openly and peacefully into your space.

Now we've reached our throat chakra.

Visualize a bright blue beam of light showering this area with bold,

Beautiful truths.

Take a breath deeply and settle into a place of comfort.

Remember that you decide what's appropriate here.

Begin to feel the space,

Cleaning out any blocked or stagnant energy so that you can speak your truth more freely and honestly.

I speak my truth openly and with purposeful notion.

As we continue on this guided journey through our chakra system,

We find ourselves entering this space a bit above our eyes and in the middle of our forehead.

This is your third eye chakra.

Breathe into this space and feel the natural flow of your intuition.

Begin to visualize a bright light,

Indigo light shooting out from this space,

Allowing you to connect with your natural insight and intuitive highway.

And let the light trickle over your third eye as if to enhance your clarity and your own sense of self-knowing.

I trust my intuition and believe that it helps to solidify my path and my existence.

Notice any feelings or sensations or thoughts you might be experiencing in this moment and bring yourself back to your breath to center and stabilize as we move upward to our final chakra.

Here at our crown chakra,

Allow yourself to visualize a bright purple light flooding from your crown over you,

Much like a cozy warm blanket.

Breathe comfortably but with intent as you know that you are connected both spiritually and universally,

That we are all worthy and capable of bringing harmony and oneness into this moment.

I remove any belief or thought that is not working in conjunction with my greatest good.

And now imagine all of the colors of your chakra system emitting from your entire being.

See them beaming up as the colors blend from red to orange and yellow,

Green,

Blue,

And an indigo purple.

Notice the sense of alignment,

Balance,

And being mindfully centered.

And as you slowly come back to a sense of awareness,

Notice the room and earth below your body,

And when you are ready,

You may open your eyes.

I wish you all love and light,

And I hope you continue to move through your day with confidence,

Conviction,

Peace,

Love,

And great joy.
