Reflect on turning what you see as a negative into a positive.

Begin to let go.

Lighten your load.

The mind lifts and feels light.

Affirm to yourself I focus on the positive.

Visualize any problem.

Now choose to see it as a challenge.

Visualize any mistakes.

Choose to see them as opportunities to learn and grow.

Notice how with this mindset your day begins to change.
