Start by taking a few refreshingly deep breaths and with every in-breath,
Lengthen your body creating a sense of upward motion from the base of your spine to the crown of your head.
And on every out-breath,
Begin to relax.
On every in-breath,
Feel your whole body becoming filled with light and vitality.
And each out-breath allows you to relax just a little deeper.
Your breathing is easy and gentle.
And you allow your awareness now to move towards your forehead.
Place your awareness here,
Allowing any tension to move away on the out-breath.
Making sure your eyes remain soft and your foreheads feel smooth and easeful.
Let any weight or pressures that may be building as your awareness is around your forehead to relax and soften.
And now begin to imagine a beautiful flame,
A golden light at your forehead.
Perhaps within the forehead itself or just behind the bridge of your nose.
Feel its radiant glowing energy and notice the flame gradually becoming stronger and brighter as it illuminates the whole of the inside of your head.
Shining warmly and brightly.
Its radiance beginning to build.
You feel like it's truly radiating your mind.
And the glow of the inner flame flowing into every area of your mind.
Warming and softly caressing any tensions.
Really focus on its glow.
Sometimes it may flicker.
Sometimes it may be still and quiet.
Lean into the softness and soothing qualities as you allow the tension in your mind to release.
Any thoughts that may have brought you pain or stress begin to ease within this golden light.
You feel lighter.
Every cell of your body begins to respond to this relaxing softening glow.
You really feel like you're being filled with brightness as this light emanates and transforms.
It's almost like the light of the golden sunlight.
Let this bright light shine into every cell within your head.
Let it fill your mind with clarity and enhancing your creativity.
Pause for a moment as you enjoy this crystal clear illumination.
And as the light gathers and builds,
See it moving downwards towards your heart.
Let it move down through your neck,
Past your chest and into the centre of your heart.
This light is so radiant.
It begins to illuminate other areas.
Its radiant glowing warming flame illuminates the whole of your chest,
Your lungs.
Its light becomes brighter,
Warmer,
Soothing.
The intensity grows and begins to light the whole of your body.
Observe the colours that you may see within the flames.
Orange,
Red,
Golden.
Look deep into the centre of the beautiful light.
Perhaps it appears white.
Feel its vitality bringing health and transforming any pain or residual stresses you feel within your body,
Mind.
Feel the tissues and the cells and every particle of your being benefiting from this warm healing glow.
It's almost as if you have a warm golden sun in the entire frame structure of your body.
It softens and warms with great radiance.
Now allow yourself to think of any area of your body that needs some additional healing.
Let this golden light pour its bright healing qualities into that part of your body.
On each in-breath you feel the light streaming into that part of your body.
Feel it soothing,
Filling with radiance and warmth.
On every breath the light becomes brighter.
And there is a sense of stillness as you exhale,
Observing how the tension dissolves.
It's softening it away on the out-breath.
This part of your body now feels radiant,
Alive.
Feel this part of your body truly energised.
Scan your whole body.
Are there any other areas that could benefit from this beautiful golden light?
If so,
Let it move there now,
Guiding it to any organs,
Tissues,
Cells.
Wherever there's tension,
Offer the light into the core of that tension.
Replacing the pain,
