This meditation will help to balance all of your chakras.

It's a powerful way to unlock the body and your emotions and bring balance,

Energy and vitality.

Sitting in a comfortable upright position,

Ensure that your back is tall and strong.

Everything is feeling relaxed and balanced.

Take a few refreshing breaths and let your awareness settle into the centre of your chest,

Right around the level of your heart.

Pausing here for a moment to allow each breath to expand the chest area and deep into your lungs.

At the same time,

Feel the area around your heart opening.

Feel a sense of letting go.

If you notice any tightness,

Allow the breath to ease freedom into this space.

And from your heart space,

Let your awareness gently travel down to your base,

Towards your sitting bones.

Feel your awareness quietly gathering,

Focusing deep into the base.

Just for a moment think about the earth beneath you.

Just reflect on all the ways it supports you.

A strong foundation of secure support.

Focus on its nurturing qualities,

Its abundance,

The limitless life force,

How strong and stable and secure.

Becoming aware of the base of your body.

And as you breathe in,

Allow this strength,

This nurturing stillness,

To gather with every breath.

And with each breath,

Allow the tensions in your lower body to release.

A sense of melting away downwards into the earth.

On every out breath,

Sense that your lower body is becoming stronger and more supported by the earth beneath you.

Your lower body is beginning to relax.

It feels secure and still.

Allow the breath to move into this space.

A softening,

Breathing deep into your root centre.

As you breathe in,

You feel a nourishment,

A sense of deep rooted connection.

And just for a moment,

Visualise the colour red.

See this red glow at the root,

Expanding and grounding you.

Feel yourself embodying this colour red in your base centre.

Feel yourself completely present in the now.

Affirming to yourself,

I am here.

The earth supports me.

Allow the breath to just flow easily with this visualisation.

When you are ready,

Let your awareness move up slightly,

Without any effort,

Towards your pelvis,

Your lower abdomen.

Rest a while here in this space.

The breath is relaxed.

And you sense a beautiful visualisation of water,

Softly lit,

Reflective qualities,

Ebbing,

Flowing,

Calm and gentle.

Let this watery sensation feel expansive and fluid.

A calming movement,

Quietening with every breath.

Feel as your body relaxes and your pelvis and lower abdomen feel calmer.

The soft tissues and the muscles relaxing and all of your internal organs resting with a spaciousness around them.

Begin to visualise the colour orange.

A beautiful glowing orange.

Softening and expanding with your breath.

Feel the colour orange flowing into the centre.

Freedom flows.

And silently affirm to yourself,

I honour all my needs.

I am free.

I flow with life.

On an in-breath,

Once again,

Allow your awareness to lift upwards.

Your awareness moves towards your lower ribs.

Like a rising sun,

It moves upwards,

Inside your solar plexus,

Just above your navel.

Visualise a beautiful colour yellow.

A golden yellow surrounding your solar plexus.

Warm like the sun.

Feel your whole abdomen,

All of your digestive organs,

Healing with this beautiful yellow glow.

There's a real sense of support around your lower spine as you allow all the energy you need in this area,

This warming yellow sun.

Everything softens and expands with the breath.

The colour yellow flows into this centre with every breath.

Replenishing,

Restoring,

Nurturing,

Bringing a sense of new energy into your being.

Simply affirm to yourself,

I value myself.

I am enough.

I am more than enough.

Allowing the breath to carry these words deep into the core of your being,

Carried with the frequency of the colour yellow.

This warming golden sunlight yellow in your abdomen begins to rise upwards slowly towards the level of your heart.

Become more aware of your breath as you breathe.

Notice how your chest and your lungs and your heart all become energised,

Activated and clear.

The breath is flowing freely in and out.

Allowing your mind's eye to visualise a scene of a beautiful forest with the colours green,

Fresh grass,

Clean air.

The warm and green colour radiating through every breath,

Gathering around your heart,

Relaxing your chest.

There's a huge sense of appreciation for this beautiful world that surrounds you.

Feel gratitude for all this abundance that gathers and supports you.

Bathe in this appreciation of this wonderful life.

Give thanks that you are alive and how wonderful it is to have a human experience.

Feel at peace with your life.

With this colour green,

Allow the breath to carry nourishment,

Renewal and healing into your heart centre.
