Welcome to your breath and sound meditation.
I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to settle.
Allow your gaze to soften or gently close your eyes if that feels right for you.
We'll move into a simple breath practice known as box breathing.
This technique helps to balance and calm our nervous system.
We simply inhale for a count of four,
Hold the top of the inhale for a count of four,
We exhale for a count of four,
And we hold at the bottom of the exhale for a count of four.
We'll move through six rounds together,
Inhaling and exhaling through the nose,
If that's accessible for you today.
And allowing your body to find its natural rhythm within this structure.
I will guide you through each phase,
Counting to four.
There's no need to force or strain.
Simply allow your breath to flow naturally within these counts.
If at any time you need to adjust,
Please do so.
This is your practice.
So let's begin by gently inhaling.
And exhaling all of the air from your lungs.
Now inhale,

Noticing any subtle shifts within your body.
Any newfound sense of calm or spaciousness.
Feel the gentle hum of your own being.
As you rest here.
Bully present.
Know that your nervous system is now beautifully primed to receive.
We will now transition into the sound meditation.
Simply allow the sounds to wash over you.
Without needing to do anything.
Without needing to understand anything.
Just received.
Let the vibrations gently guide you deeper into relaxation and healing.
You Bye!
Bye!
