Titles only scratch the surface. What I really do is help women drop the pressure, soften their system, and remember who the hell they actually are! I know what it’s like to tick all the boxes, play the part, and still feel like you’re crumbling inside. For me, it looked like a successful career, steady income, big-girl job security… and a body that was burnt out, anxious, and screaming for more. When the system had no answers, I turned to practices that felt a little woo-woo at the time - sound, crystals, breath, ritual, nature. At first, they just helped me cope. But over time, they helped me come home to myself. I felt lighter. Softer. More grounded. That was the start of The Sound Gypsy - a space where science meets the soul of sacred practice. No fluff. No forcing. Just real tools that actually work.
