You are divinely guided,
Held and supported.
Now visualize yourself lying on a soft patch of green grass.
You are safe,
You can smell the scent of flowers and earth all around you.
You can feel the sun warming your skin.
You lie here naked in this safe comfortable space.
Mother earth supports you.
The sun feels wonderful as it dances on your skin.
You take a deep breath,
Take a deep breath in,
Letting the fresh air fill your chest.
You expand your stomach as you exhale yourself to relax a little deeper on mother earth.
You now see the clouds slowly roll in and you start to feel little droplets of rain hitting your skin.
They are just a little cool and you open yourself to receive the rain.
As you feel the raindrops on your body,
Allow yourself to receive these words.
You hear coming from inside of your heart.
