So we are going to let go of the things that are holding you back from playing big,
From having the life you want,
Having the business you desire,
And just really being the full expression of the you that is in there.
Alright,
So what I want you to do now,
I want you just to take a few deep breaths and allow your body to slow down and be fully,
Fully,
Fully present.
And breathe a few more times into yourself,
Making sure you pull down energy into your whole body,
Your whole body,
All the way to the very,
Very bottom chakras,
Making sure that your body is just rested and filled with all of your energy.
Perfect.
Nice.
Knowing that you are at complete control here,
You are at free choice,
You can receive any clearing today that you desire,
You can take what works and just let go of anything that isn't resonant with you.
So I want you to imagine the you,
Because living in you is a part that has a desire for more.
Living in you is the seed of a dream,
Something that is like,
Yes,
This is yours to do.
You may know exactly what it is.
You may already be working in it.
Or you don't maybe even know,
Maybe you know you're supposed to do something else.
And it's not even super clear.
But I want you to first to tap in to the you that is like,
I know there's more.
I know there's more.
My soul is here for more.
Just feel that for a moment.
Just find that.
Oh,
Yeah.
I'm here for more.
Beautiful.
What I also know is that there are multiples of other parts and energies that will kick in and say,
But that's not safe.
That's not who you are.
You were not raised that way.
And then it will give you lots and lots of things about why it isn't going to work,
Why you can't have it,
How you're not enough.
And some of this might be conscious.
So I want you to right now to take a minute or two and think of consciously any event,
Any family stories,
Any situation in your life that basically showed you it's just not safe to want more.
I'm not supposed to think so big.
That's not me.
So just take a moment.
You're just going to allow those memories or those feelings or those impulses,
Just allow them to surface.
Don't judge.
Just notice as they float up.
And I trust to know that more will be revealed as we go.
So I want you to imagine I've ever been to one of those drive-in banks,
Drive-up banks.
You go to the teller and you're in your car and there's that tube,
Right?
Where you put your deposit slip or you put your check in the tube and it just gets sucked up into the bank.
So I want you to imagine you can grab all those stories,
All those images,
All those rules or indictments,
And you're just going to put it in that imaginary tube and it's going to just be sucked away from you,
Just pulled up to the light.
So put it in and when you're ready,
I release this now.
I no longer accept this.
Let it go up.
And I want you to bring to the surface,
Bring to your memory or increase the energy of any time in a relationship.
Perhaps it was an employment situation or a romantic or family situation where you learned that you subjugating your needs,
You being what everybody wanted,
You saying no to yourself was actually the safest way.
I think as women sometimes we learn that other people might matter more than me and we get strokes and we get kudos when we caretake for people.
So anytime you sacrifice your big dreams or desires,
So allow that to come up now,
You might get memories,
You might have feelings,
And we're going to take all the lessons from that.
We're going to take any gifts that were in these,
But that pattern of playing small,
Of learning that you can't really be as big as you want,
Other people come first,
That pattern just put in the tube.
Let it go.
There we go.
Send that to the light.
There we go.
Now I'm asking you to bring up anything ancestrally,
Anything that you learned that you either remember or don't remember,
But anything from your ancestors.
Perhaps they struggled.
Perhaps there was no money.
Maybe there was the Holocaust or the Great Depression,
The potato famine,
Anything your ancestors or your family multiple generations back lived through that is still living in your DNA because we carry the trauma of our ancestors in.
It's called epigenetics.
So just,
You might not know this.
You might not get pictures.
There might be no words,
But just say anything that that is,
I surrender now.
This is where you trust that your subconscious mind knows exactly what needs to release.
That's a big one.
Take a breath.
Put it in the tube.
Send it away.
Beautiful.
Anytime in past lives or even current lives where there was abuse or harm for you speaking up,
Speaking out,
Blaming your own stake.
Oh,
That's a big one too.
Anytime you experienced perpetration or patriarchy or suppression.
So you learned that you don't matter.
You learned not to ask.
You learn not to dream.
You learned to play small.
Anytime that that happened,
Any place that that lives in you,
Allow it to come to the surface.
Again,
Keep the lessons,
Keep the blessings.
If there were any,
Keep the learnings and send it back up the tube.
Go now.
Anytime you,
On some level,
Hired somebody,
Anytime you had somebody in your life giving you messages to play small.
Anytime you sold out,
You gave up on your dreams.
You forgot how powerful you were.
You lost your connection with your desire.
Let that go now.
Dump that tube.
And if there's anything else,
Take just a moment and just allow anything that there is.
You might know,
Again,
You might not even know,
But just command it.
Anything else here,
Anything that else here,
Anything that is still lingering,
Anybody else's energy that I'm still carrying,
Any faulty beliefs,
Any damaged identity that will hold me back.
I want you to be fierce about this.
Decide now.
I'm done.
Go now.
I no longer agree to this.
I no longer am hostage to this.
I'm done.
Send that up to the tube.
Go now.

So now,
After we've done this big,
Big,
Big release,
I want you to circle back and tap into the desire part,
That thing that calls you.
And notice the quality.
Is it more intense?
Does it feel more like,
Yeah,
Of course that's inevitable?
Yeah.
Is there a lightness to it?
And I want you to remember,
If I have the desire,
It's already done.
The way must be shown.
The work then is to become the person that can walk this out in the world.
And I know you can,
I know you can.
So I want you to now imagine this beautiful light over your head.
And we can call this the light of God,
The light of the divine,
Whatever that is for you.
It's just literally shining upon you saying,
You got this.
You got this.
This is yours.
You will be supported.
We're all just waiting for you to say yes.
So notice what this feels like in your body and you can amplify any of it.
You can amplify,
Oh my God,
I'm so supported.
Nice.
You can amplify the yes,
Yes,
Yes.
This is mine.
This is mine.
I'll be having this.
I'm going to have you take another couple deep breaths and just return to your body,
Trusting and knowing that this has changed you.
