Awakening energy in your mind.
This simple guided meditation exercise can help you to energize your mind and lift it to a higher frequency when it becomes dull or sleepy,
Through tiredness or boredom.
When we are in that dulled state,
So many things seem hard.
We can feel as if we are just dragging through life and nothing changes.
At those times we need to lift the low frequency to a higher one,
One that energizes us and is a place of possibility.
This exercise can also help with your own creativity,
When there is something creative you want to do,
But do not feel in the right frame of mind.
First,
Just find a comfortable place to sit or lay down,
Whichever is easier for you.
Close your eyes.
Begin by just focusing on your breath.
Just tune in and be aware of the breath entering and leaving your body.
Now imagine every breath that you inhale has a quality of sparkling,
Like the ozone rich air within a thunderstorm.
Think about that air reaching down into your lungs and spreading outward,
Clean and clear and bright.
If you are lying down,
Stretch your body so that you lengthen the spine and open the chest.
If you are sitting,
Do the same.
As you exhale,
Allow yourself to release any sleepiness,
Dullness or boredom.
Now is an excellent time to fix your mind upon something positive or to say an affirmation to yourself.
The energy flow always adds power to such thoughts.
You can begin by simply creating a sense of possibility,
Of good things to come.
As you continue to breathe,
Say to yourself three times,
A wonderful change is coming into my life.
A wonderful change is coming into my life.
A wonderful change is coming into my life.
Perhaps you know what you want that change to be,
Or perhaps you want many positive changes.
Either way,
The uplifting potential of the words grows in energy.
Think of your mind as like a bird that has been trapped on the ground and no longer thinks it can fly.
Then there is a change,
A gust of wind and it remembers the feeling of the high airs.
It takes off and soars,
Higher and higher into the brightness.
Keep breathing in and out,
Breathing out any staleness of thoughts and allowing each inhale to bring in energetic,
Rejuvenating,
Sparkling energy to your mind.
Harness that energy as you say to yourself three times,
Incredible changes are coming into my life.

Feel the excitement,
Lifting and building,
Your mind clear and accepting of the energy and the abundance of good things ready to shower down upon you.
Again,
Three times say to yourself,
I am ready to accept these wonderful and incredible changes in my life.

Open your lips up in a smile as if you are about to receive something you have longed for and that will make all the difference to you.
You would feel so amazing,
So excited that all dullness and tiredness would be swept away in the power of your feeling.
Remember you are worth good things,

Miracles,
A life of joy,
Contentment and abundance.

You can focus specifically on something that you personally want,
Whether it may be health,
Wealth,
A relationship,
That particular job.
Place that image and those words in your mind.
Say to yourself three times,
I am ready to accept and follow that with whatever it is you want.
I am ready to accept,
Fill in the blank.
Allow your eyes to open.
As you look ahead of you,
Or above,
Depending on your position,
See if you can build an image of that need right in front of you.
You might imagine that you are in a completely different house or apartment,
One you have always dreamed of,
Even in another part of the world with a completely new life just outside the door of the room.
If you cannot,
Then don't worry at all,
The words you spoke are still lingering in all their energy.
You can repeat them at any time,
And whenever you have time,
