Good morning! Welcome to a brand new day! Unlimited possibilities are waiting for you so let's set you up for success with this morning meditation. We'll focus on the breath and speak affirmations to cultivate a positive mindset for the day!

Good morning and welcome to a brand new day.

Unlimited possibilities are waiting for you,

So let's set you up for success starting now.

Whether you're lying in bed or sitting up,

Bring some movement into your body.

You can do a full body stretch,

Maybe twist from one side to the other.

Roll your head,

Your wrists or your ankles in circles.

Allow your body time to wake up and start to sense your aliveness.

When you're ready,

Find a comfortable seat with your hips elevated above your knees and your spine long.

You can place one hand on your chest,

One on your belly.

Your gaze can be soft or your eyes closed.

And start to focus on your breath today.

This is the movement that sustains and invigorates us.

Can you breathe naturally and observe your heartbeat?

And we'll begin our day with some affirmations,

Which you can either speak out loud or silently in your heart.

Today,

I make the world better because I am in it.

Today,

I am my best self.

Today,

I know that everyone is doing the best they can from their current level of awareness.

Today,

Everything that happens will be for my greatest good.

Today,

I know I can learn from every person and every situation.

Today,

There's nothing I'm not capable of.

Today,

I celebrate all the people in my life and the impact we have on each other.

Today,

I honor this earth that sustains all of us.

Take a moment to observe and absorb how these affirmations make you feel.

And as you're ready,

You can bring your hands together in front of your chest and choose an intention you'd like to live with today.

It can be one of these affirmations,

You can make one on your own,

Or maybe it's a feeling or a state of mind you choose to cultivate today.

And once you have it,

Imagine that you're holding it with you.

And as you go about your day,

You carry your intention in your heart,

In your mind,

And it translates into your words and into your actions.

I wish you abundance,

Success,

Health,

And joy in your brand new day.
