In this powerful space we call in relaxation with a body scan and deep breathing. We become the calm in the eye of the storm radiating peace, resilience, healing and love. This visualization meditation uses Carl Jung's active imagination techniques to call upon the images of angels, light and color to clear away fear and anxiety.

Hello lovely human and welcome to this meditation.

It is designed to help you feel less fear,

Less anxiety,

More peace and balance as we call in angelic support and that of the earth.

So as we begin I'll invite you to close your eyes and begin to notice your breath allowing yourself to take some full deep rich breaths as you allow yourself to get comfortable sitting up or lying down wherever you find yourself today.

As you breathe in just breathe in deep sense of calm.

In this now moment you have the space to sit,

Space to be and the space to cultivate this moment of calmness for yourself.

As you exhale sinking into your body.

Breathing in again this sense of calm,

Serenity,

Knowing that by you being calm and holding calm you can share this with the people you love in your life,

Your community.

You can strengthen your spirit.

As you exhale sink down into your body.

This body of bone and blood.

This body that's the home to your immune system.

This immune system that is supported and aided,

Assisted by your parasympathetic nervous system which is activated when you deepen your breath,

When you slow your pace and when you're mindful about your actions,

Your thoughts,

Your words.

So in this moment here and now we'll use the power of our mind and body connection to facilitate this natural healing response within our own bodies.

In this here now moment we focus on keeping our immune system strong and healthy so that it can better protect those people that we love around us.

Breathing again deeply into your body of bone and blood,

Your stomach and releasing audibly on the exhale any tension.

Sigh it out.

You're breathing deeply,

Breathing in light and releasing.

Continue this breath cycle at your own pace.

Releasing any tension,

Any stress as you exhale.

Become aware of how your body feels wherever it may be.

Perhaps you're sitting or lying,

Whatever is comfortable.

Focus on lengthening your spine,

Relaxing your muscles.

I'll invite you to do a gentle scan of your body and each body part that I name you release.

Release the tension,

Release the stress.

So imagine there's a white light scanning your body from your toes,

Soles of your feet,

Your ankles,

Your shins,

Your calves,

Your knees.

Relax,

Release.

Flowing up this white light through your thighs,

Your hamstrings,

Your bum,

Your pelvis and pelvic floor,

All your sexual organs.

Release and relax.

Relinquishing control and trusting your body in this moment.

You are safe,

You are well,

You have a strong immune system.

Continue your scan through your torso,

Your gut,

All the healthy microorganisms strengthening your immune system,

Your autoimmune response as you shine white light,

The white light of your awareness on your gut,

Your intestines.

Let flow into your kidneys,

These centers of purification in your body,

Relaxing,

Releasing.

To your stomach where you might hold tension and stress,

This white light helps you relax,

Release.

Let flow up and into your heart space.

Bright white light scanning the whole way up your body to your heart,

Deep into your cells and into the muscles,

Into the strong muscular center of your heart that facilitates flow.

Feel how much you trust your own heart.

See this here and now moment to keep you well.

Offering an assistance with gentle gratitude and awareness.

Continue scanning your shoulders,

The muscles in your back,

Releasing,

Relaxing.

Let flow down your shoulders,

Your upper arm,

Elbows,

Forearms,

Relaxing,

Releasing,

Your wrists,

Your hands,

Your fingertips that let you act with compassion.

Cooking for loved ones,

Waving friendly hello to your neighbor,

Growing food in the garden,

These tools,

Relaxing,

Releasing.

You share your gratitude for their presence,

Their beingness.

In this here now moment allow to flow through your throat,

Relaxing and releasing so that you can share from a space of calm,

Wise advice on how to progress.

Words of compassionate support,

Caring,

Kind advice where it's wanted.

Relaxing your throat and your neck so that you don't share words of fear but words of love,

Words of patience,

Of healing and restoration.

Continue this flow up through your head,

Back of your head,

Your jaw,

Your mouth,

Relaxing,

Releasing in the here now moment through your face,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your ears,

Your brow,

Your scalp.

Right the very top of your head.

Take a few moments here to breathe,

Breathing in the sense of relaxation,

Of calm rejuvenation as you support your entire system in this here now moment to be strong,

To be healthy,

Resilient and loving.

It's okay.

You have your center of calm.

Now from the center of calm we collectively turn our awareness to call in the images of the angels.

We'll go in each direction north,

South,

East,

West,

Above and below and calling in the specific energetic frequency and assistance that each angelic image can offer us.

So first we turn to the south an archangel Michael.

He has a bright blue flame of light all around his body and as you turn your attention toward him he sends this blue light toward your system.

Fiery blue light engulfing your whole body and energetic system in this here now moment assisting with cleansing and clearing any frequencies of fear of anxiety,

Of stress.

Then it will wash through your energetic system releasing any tension,

Any stress.

See it in your mind's eye being burned away by this fire of Archangel Michael.

Breathe in deeply this fire of light and love.

Breathe in deeply.

Breathe this blue light deep into your kidneys.

Use cleansing centers in your body and let it connect to all your other internal organs and your heart bright fiery blue white light encompassing your brain,

All your neurons washing away any thought patterns of fear and anxiety,

Stress.

Anything that doesn't serve you right here right now your body your space is washed away burned away cleansed by the blue fire of Archangel Michael.

Now we turn our attention to the West.

Here resides the realm of archangel Gabriel.

You conjure this image in your mind's eye and so it is archangel Gabriel with white light,

White fire surrounding the whole energetic body and as you turn your attention to the West to archangel Gabriel your body,

Your auric fields,

Your energetic system,

Your body of bone blood is engulfed and encompassed in calm soothing white flames.

Moving in slow motion from the top of your head down through your face and meet your either side of you a column of light channeling down through your throat,

Your neck into your heart space down your arms your fingertips and deep into your torso calm soothing cleansing white light into your body of bone and blood deeply penetrating every cell washing away any feelings of fear,

Stress,

Tension.

Let it flow down your torso to your legs,

Your knees your calves,

Your shins,

Your toes,

Your ankles,

The soles of your feet.

This calm white light and you let yourself sit in this column of white gentle fire and you breathe in the sense of calm,

Of well-being and compassion for yourself and for others.

The white light of the dove of peace in the presence of Archangel Gabriel.

We welcome this assistance into our thought patterns,

Our energetic and physical bodies,

Immune system,

Our words.

From the center of calm we turn our attention to the north Archangel Uriel,

The fiery red flame dancing around her.

As you turn your attention toward the north you're encompassed in red flames of healing grounding light.

This healing grounding light spirals from the base of your feet,

Up your legs,

Your shins,

Knee and pelvis.

Your thighs,

Your pelvis grounding you in this here now moment connecting you deeply to the powers of the earth.

Grounded,

Supported and connected in this here now moment.

In this red fiery flame we can listen to wisdom of what to do and not to do from a place of calm,

Of compassion for each other and our communities,

For ourselves and the vulnerable people that live around us.

We in the space of calm grounded connection can listen and act in an appropriate way to facilitate healing and grounding,

A way to push back against any anxiety,

Any fear.

We then turn our attention toward the east Archangel Raphael and his green fiery flame of light and love,

Compassion and well-being.

As we turn the attention to the east we're engulfed by a green flame.

This green flame is greater and brighter than all the others as it adds and amplifies each of the other lights.

The blue,

The white,

The red and now green the north,

The south,

The east,

The west with you in the centre holding this knowing,

This space.

And from here you can feel the energies whirl and swirl around you with your centre remaining calm,

Spine straight,

Focusing on your breath as you hold these powerful energies.

I invite you now with deep sense of compassion with your deepest urge to uplift and inspire and facilitate health and love in your community,

I invite you to send out this spiral of light wider and wider.

As it whirls it all becomes white,

Divine white light so that it encompasses the building you're in or the environment you're sitting in.

That it stretches out the environment around you,

The biodiversity,

The plants,

The animals,

The earth,

The air spiralling outward to your neighbours,

Your co-workers,

Your family,

Your friends.

This multifaceted,

Powerful healing light,

Divine white light spiralling from your body out,

Out,

Out to the wider community cleansing and clearing.

Watch as it busts through and shifts away the clouds of anxiety and fear that hover over people's heads in their minds and their hearts,

In their workplaces,

In their schools.

Let this white light wash it all away,

Wash it away down,

Down,

Down into the waterways,

Into the water,

Into the ocean to be transmuted and purified and healed.

Let it be washed away.

Now slow down the spiralling of this light so you've got peaceful white light radiating love and compassion from your centre out to your community,

Out to the entire world.

Peaceful,

Calm white light.

A light that facilitates healing and well-being for all those people who are open to receiving it.

Know that there is a power in you imagining this.

There is a power in us imagining this.

We are assisted and supported when we act from a place of love and compassion.

When we act from a space of love and compassion and peace,

The universe assists us in our endeavours.

Together we're stronger.

Together we're resilient.

I invite you now to call back the energy that you need.

Call back,

Call back,

Call back.

Featuring a bubble of white light coming back to your body here of bone and blood in this now moment.

Gently grow roots from the base of your soles of your feet.

Down deep to connect with the soil beneath the bedrock.

Let yourself anchor here grounding any excess energies,

Any of this intensity because this space of calm and peace and love can be intense.

It can be a lot to hold but we do not hold it alone.

We hold it with assistance from the earth.

You are grounded,

You are supported.

You're calm and you're relaxed.

Become aware of your breath once again.

Breathing in deeply into your body of bone and blood.

You've done powerful work here today.

Thank you.

Together we're stronger.

Together we're resilient.

Going forth from this meditation I suggest that you perhaps eat some chocolate or some other food to ground yourself back into the now moment.

Please drink lots of water and be kind to yourself.

Thank you for showing up.

I invite you now to wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.

Breathing deeply,

Please start to flutter your eyelids open and come back to this present here now moment.
