This meditation is here to help the needs of your inner child come more clearly to the surface.
This is a really gentle meditation.
You could even listen to it while you're walking or sitting and breathing,
Just really gently opening up your energy,
Opening yourself up to this inner child who doesn't want things forced,
Doesn't want things pushed upon him in any way that feels rushed or hurried or uncomfortable.
This inner healing work is totally led by the pace of your own inner child and you have the capacity to guardian that process or steward it with your inner father and inner mother.
And I'm also sharing that inner mothering energy in this transmission.
So there's that sense of the loving parents that can create a beautiful,
Safe space for your inner child to really be seen in all that he is,
Whether that is joy and lightness or sadness and anger or pain or pleasure,
Whatever,
Whatever is there is welcome.
So I invite you to tune in to yourself with some deep breaths,
Allowing them be the deepest breaths you've taken all day,
Breathing in through the nose and releasing out through your mouth,
Perhaps with a sigh.
Allow your awareness to settle in your heart space.
Let your heart know that you are going to open yourself to this work.
Let your heart know that it's okay to be tender and soft,
That you're here,
You're present with love and self compassion.
As you connect to your heart,
Tune into the beautiful golden light of love and gratitude that awaits you there always.
This beautiful golden light of forgiveness,
Love,
Healing.
And as you focus on this golden light,
You notice within its glow are all of the colors of the rainbow and beyond,
The full spectrum of beautiful healing color.
Let yourself breathe in a way that you feel and allow this beautiful heart energy to fill up your body,
Allowing it to fill your chest,
Your torso into every muscle and every cell.
Allow it to flow into your limbs,
Your throat,
Your mind and open out through the top of your head and down and out below your feet and letting this beautiful orb of light just radiate around you in a beautiful,
Gentle,
Easeful flow.
And here,
Now with your heart radiating love,
Open and expansive,
I invite you to consider your inner child.
Notice what age arises first in your mind,
Perhaps a memory,
Specific memory,
Trusting that whatever arises right now,
Whatever age is the perfect aspect of your inner child for you to work with today.
From them,
Welcome you into this bubble of heart energy.
Let them move toward you and notice the kilter,
The energy that they're carrying as they approach you.
What type of energy were you holding in yourself at that time in your life?
And whatever is there,
Welcome with all of your heart,
That part of you into your body,
Your mind,
Your spirit,
Into this moment,
Wrapping that beautiful heart energy in and through your inner child,
Letting them know that they are welcome and so loved.
As they arrive,
Ask them,
Would they like to sit with you or maybe they want to walk or dance or play,
Just trusting the energy of this child self.
And ask this part of you if it has anything it wishes to share today.
Is there anything it needs or wants you to hear today in this heart energy wrapped in this bubble of heart energy?
Offer your gratitude and thanks for this sharing.
Perhaps it wasn't words,
But a feeling,
An expression.
Just trusting that whatever you received is exactly what you needed to hear today.
And ask this inner child self,
What would it love you to do today for him?
What would make him so happy or feel really nourished and safe and connected?
How can you love this child today?
Once again,
Offering your gratitude for this sharing and finding some way to say thank you and goodbye for now.
Knowing that the energy of this child self is going to stay with you for the next few days or weeks as you listen and follow the intuition and wisdom that this child is bringing you today.
That you are bringing and gifting yourself today.

And you can choose to stay open with your beautiful golden rainbow light radiating from your heart.
Or perhaps today feels like a day to draw it inward into a bright shining ball in your heart space to sustain and support you in this healing work.
Noticing that you know the exact right way to do this as you prepare to come back to this moment in the here and now in your physical body wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Noticing the senses,
Smell and sound,
Touch,
Taste.
And when you're ready,
