Experience letting go. Beginning with the primordial sound of the Universe OM, this practice takes you from focussed attention into open awareness, where you will experience pure awareness. This is my 'Doing & Happening' meditation where you'll experience a sense of surrender as you transition from doing something (concentrated breathing), into happening (letting go into pure awareness).

Transcript

Satsang with Mooji Satsang with Mooji Aum Aum Aum Aum Aum Begin by sitting or lying down.

Take in some time to get nice and comfortable.

Aum Allow any areas of tension to relax.

Aum Relax your shoulders down into the floor.

Aum Relax your feet.

Aum Begin to let go.

As you concentrate on breathing in and out through your nose.

Aum As you inhale deeply through the nose.

Breathe all the way down into the belly.

Feel the belly expand as you inhale.

Aum Feel the belly relax and deflate as you exhale.

Aum Simply continue with this pattern of breathing.

Breathing deeply in.

Aum And breathing completely out.

Aum Just observing the flow of the breath traveling through the body.

Aum Feeling all the sensations of the breath.

Traveling through the body from the nose all the way down into the belly.

Aum Traveling all the way through the body back to the belly,

Chest,

Throat,

Nose.

Aum Feeling the warm air leave the nostrils.

Aum Feeling more and more relaxed with each exhale.

Aum Letting go of all the tension that you may have built up during the day.

Aum You can visualize it like drops of water dripping off the body down into the floor one by one.

Becoming more and more relaxed.

Aum Coming back to the breath over and over.

Aum Simply breathing in.

Aum Breathing out.

Aum Making the breath deep.

Aum Rich.

Aum And long.

Aum Aum Concentrating on the breath.

Aum Focused attention on the breath.

Aum Feeling the flow of the breath.

Aum Now begin to pay attention to the space around your body.

Pay attention to the space around your body.

Be aware of the space above.

And the space below.

The space above your head.

The space below your feet.

Be aware of the space to each side of your body.

Pay attention to the space around your body.

Aum Start to pay attention to awareness itself.

Just simply become aware that you are aware.

Resting into pure awareness.

Simply being in pure awareness.

Start to feel the breath is just happening to you.

That you are being breathed.

That the universe is breathing you.

Let go.

Being present in pure awareness.

Nothing to try to attain or achieve.

Nowhere to go.

And nothing to change.

Just being in pure awareness.

Allowing everything to be as it is.

Allowing everything to be as it is.

Allowing everything to be as it is.

Resting into pure awareness.

Effortless surrender.

Allowing everything to be as it is.
