This guided embodiment meditation invites you to breathe deeply into your body, awakening and illuminating each chakra energy centre with healing light. As you move through each breath, you’ll soften into presence, grounding your energy and feeling connected to the wisdom of your higher self. This is your space to come home to your body balanced, radiant, and whole.

Welcome.

The intention of this meditation is for you to reconnect back into your body and out of the busyness of your mind.

This meditation guides you through the energy chakra centres throughout your body to help you feel grounded and centred,

Allowing you to embody your true self.

Let's begin.

I invite you to shake out any nervous energy and wiggle yourself into a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and start to notice your breath.

Are you breathing slowly or are you breathing fast?

Do you notice that your mind is bringing up lots of thoughts that are distracting you from being present right now?

I now invite you with my count to take three slow deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth with a sigh.

So breathing in one two three and then out through the mouth with a sigh one two three and in through the nose again one two three and then out through the mouth with a sigh one two three.

Breathing in through the nose again one two three and out through the mouth with a sigh one two three and now that you have released some energy through your breath and help to centre your body ask yourself how do I feel right now?

Notice what comes up.

Do you feel tired?

Does your body feel tense and tight?

Does your mind keep racing with thoughts?

Just allow your body to speak to you and whatever comes up is perfect because now your body feels safe to share with you how you really feel.

Now that your body has expressed how it feels I want you to imagine a coloured ball of light just above your head.

Can you see in your mind's eye how bright and radiant it is or can you feel it warming up your scalp?

This is our connection to Source,

God or the Universe.

I invite you to imagine this light to move into the top of your head and imagine it lighting up as it moves through to the space between your eyebrows.

This is where you activate your connection to your inner knowing.

Now notice the light moving down to your throat.

How does your throat feel?

Is there some stuck energy there?

Does it feel difficult to swallow or do you feel a heaviness surrounding your throat?

I want you to imagine the light shining bright over your throat beaming warm healing energy to allow you to express yourself authentically and confidently.

Allow yourself to notice how this feels and honour by saying thank you.

Now allow that beautiful healing light to travel down to your heart.

Can you feel it beating?

Is it beating heavy or is it light?

Notice how this warm light feels around your heart space.

Can you feel the love that it is providing you?

Your life is dependent on this beautiful heart.

Just allow yourself to appreciate this beautiful organ and the love that it has for you.

Every time that you may notice yourself criticizing something just remember that your heart loves you unconditionally and that you are love so be gentle on yourself.

I'd like you to start to move this beautiful light to the space below the heart and above the belly button.

I invite you to imagine the light feeling smaller and then see it being larger and larger and until it fills your body with light.

This is your area of personal power and honouring your boundaries.

Be sure to remember that you are a powerful being that honours yourself in this lifetime.

I invite you to move and focus this warm light to the space below the belly button and above the pubic bone.

How does the light feel here for you?

Can you feel the light swirling around?

This is your centre of creativity,

Fertility,

Sexuality and emotional regulation.

Honour this space and allow the healing light to open this area up to new possibilities.

Now shift your light to the base of the spine.

Can you feel the warmth of light ground you?

This area helps to keep you safe and grounded.

Allow yourself to anchor in and really connect in the space.

From here I invite you to move this beautiful light down the legs,

Over the knees,

Down the calves,

Past the ankles and into the soles of the feet.

Imagine the light exiting out of the soles of your feet and into the ground.

Allow the light to travel all the way down to the centre of the earth.

Allow yourself to feel connected to Mother Earth and allow yourself to be held by her.

Pass over any worries,

Fears,

Doubts and anxiety for her to dissolve and just allow those feelings to just continue to dissolve as she absorbs them.

Now that you've released these,

It is now time to guide the light back up all the way through the earth and back up through the ground and into the soles of the feet,

Up the legs,

Past the hips and pelvis,

Up over the abdomen and back to your heart.

Feel the beautiful healing energy swirling around your heart and nourishing it.

I now invite you to repeat this affirmation in your mind with me.

As I connect with my body I am open to receive all that is needed to align with my authentic truth so that I live from the highest version of myself.

I'd like you to now take some three long slow deep breaths to complete this meditation.

So we're going to go in through the nose and out through the mouth with a sigh.

Okay,

Breathing in one,

Two,

Three and then out with a sigh,

One,

Two,

Three.

In through the nose again,

One,

Two,

Three and then out through the mouth with a sigh,

One,

Two,

Three.

And then in through the nose again,

One,

Two,

Three and out the mouth with a sigh,

One,

Two,

Three.

I now invite you to come back to your body.

Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Allowing the sensations to come back into the body to feel connected to yourself again.

And when you are ready,

You may open your eyes and enjoy the moment.
